Fabian is always very friendly and helpful. He makes the visit go smoothly and efficiently. The mechanic Vidal he is knowledgeable, quick and works well under pressure being that it was very busy when I was there in the office. Thank you American Tire Depot for all your help with my husband's truck. The experience we had today and other times were exceptional and we will be back.

Absolutely 100% customer service!! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I felt confident in there service. Both men were kind and really engaging with each customer who entered. Amazing prices on tires and services plus the staff provides great customer service. I went in to replace my tires and the staff took care of my baby like it was their car, they even checked my brakes for free. It’s great to see the employees with such a fondness for cars just like me. Highly recommend!

Great work got in n out in the morning I believe angle helped me but amazing service

A while back, I got a nail in my tire, and had to have it patched. I ended up going to American tire and they patched it for free. I had not been a previous customer. I thought that was pretty cool. Today when I need to go get tires, I ended up going back to them. I remember their customer service being so great when they patch my tire, and they didn’t disappoint today either. I was impressed with their friendliness. I just want to give kudos to them for having great customer service. I recommend them to anybody who is looking for new tires or even a patch up.

UPDATE: I unfortunately got a flat tire a couple weeks after getting new tires. Thankfully, I purchased the warranty so my tire was covered. I went in today to get it changed and they had it done within a half hour. I had another appointment that I had to be at and they were very helpful at getting me out of the door in a timely fashion. I greatly appreciated this! Their customer service is top notch.

Went in and the manager Fabian was great. He greeted me as I walked in even though he was busy helping another customer. Fabian helped me with getting my oil change completed. Extremely knowledgeable guy! Highly recommend going to ATD! I will be going again!

I had a great experience! I had a leak in my tire. There was a nail in it. They showed me where it was. It was in a bad spot. My guy was with me he verified it. They showed me the different tires that would fit. They had them in stock. I was in and out in less than an hour. Thank you!
