This is the best starbucks in madera. I come here 2 to 4 times a week as i work here. The staff is always friendly when my drink is not up to par which is rare, they always fix it. A shout out to cindy and todays staff. Thanks for your friendliness and keep up the good work.

I decided to stop by to this Starbucks I came to visit family members. The employees were very welcoming and greeted us with a smile. We were trying to determine what drinks we wanted because they didn’t have a couple items to make our regular drinks. We decided to try some of their popular drinks and one of their holiday drinks. We all loved our drinks, we were happy with the experience. Good customer service, good drinks and very clean inside. Thank you for your service.

Excellent service . I don’t think I’ve ever been called by name when ordering in drive thru. The girl saw my name when scanning my app , and addressing me by name at 5am makes my drive to Sacramento a whole lot better. Thank you !

Went in to pick up my mobile order and realized I had ordered the wrong tea drinks. When I let the staff know that I made a mistake and that I had ordered a drink that I’m allergic too, they absolutely corrected my mistake and were really great about it. I have been to many locations and this one is great. Staff is nice, but recommend to go inside to save time. In the drive through they do take their time and some items are not available in the app.

They were very punctual with their drinks. Ordered online and the drinks were ready by the time that was specified. Very impressive, indeed! The staff was friendly, greeted us with a smile and kind words. I really enjoyed my peppermint mocha, tis' the season!! ☕ 🎄 🎁

The staff is really friendly and I've had good times here. Its close to where I stay and places I like to shop and has fast become my favorite coffee shop / hang-out spot. ☕💕

Went with the family for coffee and pastry! Four adults, two young ones and my dog! He got a pupaccino! Friendly and fast! Sat outside to enjoy our beverages! Love it cause it’s within walking distance!

Staff are always nice and welcoming. I feel like Norm in Cheers because they know who I am as soon as I walk in and say hello to me by name without having to look at my cup first.

First time there, daughter was down for the weekend from Sacramento. I've heard of Starbucks, but have never gone because I don't drink what they have to offer. My daughter says this is the only way to start your day.
