Smart & Final Extra!

Our first time there. It's a nice store, and certainly benefits Madera. The employees seemed happy, and they were helpful and friendly.
It was chilly in there. Not sure if the heat was not working, or it was a cost saving move, but it was pretty cold.

The store literally has fridges and freezers alongside the whole building so it gets pretty chilly . The sales are pretty good on bulk . Overall great store .

Good store the employees were nice the carts were organized.

Store was very clean and the prices are not bad

Brands are good, and it's not walmart! However, theirs fridges lining 3/4s of the store. Bring a jacket.

Store is small and aisles are narrow. Two carts have trouble fitting in one aisle together. I think they barely pass ADA compliance. Long lines and slow cashiers. Sales are good and bulk options are nice to have.

Online deliver order was placed, marked as delivered, which is wasn’t, and after hours of back and forth with Instacart, Shipped, and the local Smart and Final it turns out the local store cancelled the order because even though you can place an order for delivery they don’t actually offer delivery. Asked to speak with the manager and was told the manager was too busy because of inventory. Right. The incompetence for this place obviously comes from the top down. Asked for a confirmation number for my refund. Was told they don’t have confirmation numbers. This place is a joke.

Nina the old lady cashier’s attitude needs to change. New store here in town and with staff like her is no good. Her attitude and her facial expressions not even trying her best to do good customer service is …. Wow.
The lady who walked out behind me came up to me to tell me that she was still talking bad about us to her.
Nina if you see this, I hope you do better in life. For yourself.

Very time I go they charge me more I have to be careful the avocados were 2 fo a dollar they charge me 1.98 each the first and the second time I went they charge me more
