If you go before 11am you’ll get great service, same after 2 am

Christmas eve, and ran out of propane. Needed it in a bad way, they were open and had plenty! Thanks for being open!!

It is hard to find a gas station with #89 gas in Lubbock, but this one has.

It is a place to get gas. I don't recommend it, though, and won't stop here again. The gas pumps are EXCEPTIONALLY SLOW. I started pumping, went inside to use bathroom, bought a drink, came outside and we had only pumped 6 gallons. took dog out to walk, sniff, pee, and was up to 14 gallons. washed windows, emptied trash. still didn't fill up. stopped the pump at $50.81 which was 3/4 of a tank. There is a reason for such slow pumping. CLOGGED FILTERS. This can be detrimental for your vehicle if you are putting dirty gas in your tank. This company, it would seem, does not maintain gas pumps. Save your time and possibly your fuel pump- go somewhere else. You are in Lubbock, you have options, make sure that this Stripes is not one of them.

This place is super nasty. It feels like since it is located on the north side of town it gets less of the normal up keep and it shows. I try not to ever use this but there are times i find myself here and always regret it. It needs a LOT of care and nobody wants to give it to em. The employees are nice and shouldn't be on the hook for this location.. they have to deal with what they got.

THIS PLACE IS SO DEPRESSING.
I recently moved here from South Texas a month ago and so far, no Stripes I've been to comes close to the quality breakfast tacos that I'm used to.
I walked over to order some tacos. My order was very simple. I asked for bacon and egg and was told very rudely that they don't have any more ( at 9am on a Monday). She said I can grab a premade bacon and egg taco from the heat lamps.
I order potatoes and egg instead and she tells me she only has a little bit left. I was originally going to order 5 tacos but instead switched to 3 to meet her halfway. She was rude in her tone so I thought maybe she just had a long morning or something. When I tell her my order she asked again “What else?" So, I ordered two bean and cheese tacos as well. She gave me more attitude and when she was helping her next customer, she magically had more potatoes and egg to accommodate his order. She literally grabbed a handful of potatoes with her hand and stuffed it into the other customers taco. Not only was it inconvenient for me, but it didn't help that all the lunch menu had already been prepared and out on display at 9 am.
Hopefully the manager sees this so she/he can remind their kitchen staff that it isn't too much to ask for breakfast at breakfast time.

For 2 weeks straight we have came for breakfast and the food is old and dried out tortillas are hard and burnt talk to management she is rude and always says what's there is what they got refuses to cook fresh food told us they cook breakfast once a day and it's served until the end of breakfast staff is rude and careless

Asked for my tortillas to be heated up and the older lady refused to do so because she said they were warm. I didn’t them warm, I wanted it hot. Then the beans were so watery, that when she put it on my tortilla, it was just a watery smear, nothing that looked like beans. I even told her the beans were watery and was ignored. I got some chile and I asked her what kind it was cuz it looked weird and she said it was red, but the color was green. She was rude and when I paid , I told the cashier my burritos were cold and asked her to touch them and replied that they been on the counter for a while!!… Really?!.. Two minutes top they may have been because someone was paying in line ahead of me. I literally live across the street and my burritos were cold and not appealing.

Poor customer service y’all close the store from 2-4 when it’s supposed to be 2-3 the old lady is always rude the girl who works overnight with the long hair is always being lazy store is never clean never have the right lids for the cups literally a million flies
