Triad Goodwill Store & Donation Center

This is by far the best store around, great customer service and management goes above and beyond to make customers happy. As for the negative comments about donating, they come from entitled people who think the world revoles around them and have no patience or understanding of policies or procedures. Of course they're not going to accept donations 15 minutes after they close, they're closed. They are trying to clean up and go home. Who is still trying to donate at 8:15 at night anyway? lmao

Nice large Goodwill, has a bit of everything furniture, clothes, toys, books, movies, and homegoods.
It was clean and the staff was very nice :)
I always seem to snag a good deal here on some cool items!
Plus goodwill is a charity store so the money goes to a great cause :)

By far the best GoodWill I have ever been to. Priced right and nice things! And, the customer service was great as well.

Always a good place to kill a few hours or minutes..even while away a whole afternoon! They have plenty of things from babies to Grandmas! Old stuff, new stuff, stuff you can't even tell WHAT it is! Come on down and see what you can find! It's fun and free to look around!

Today's visit most pleasant! Great selection, very reasonably priced. Store was clean, well organized, neat.
Employees were very friendly, helpful. Manager very nice, as well. He was at front, helping wrap glass items, and bag.

Got exactly what I needed.. last minute! Was afraid I was going to have to go to Walmart and spend more money... I spent 7.00 for my uniform for my new job...2 pair of white polo shirts and 2 khakis that fit PERFECTLY. Thanks for existing.. it was a life saver option for me!

UPDATE* RESTROOMS AND DRESSING ROOMS NOW OPEN AT GOODWILLS GREENSBORO. THK U GW!Always fun to shop here,great finds,prices do fluctuate I wanted to give 5☆but NO RESTROOMS for customers is VERY INSULTING.They want your $business$ but treat you horribly.
This new policy is both ridiculous & INSULTING as all other businesses have open restrooms.ALL!
IT IS VERY WRONG TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO USE THE RESTROOMS.
And don't give me that Comp.Policy covid-19 Excuse because EVERY OTHER BUSINESS IN TOWN HAS OPENED THEIRS. 5☆=treating YOUR customers as you would want to be treated.

Excellent help, it is obvious the people who work at the career center are trying to help members of their community prepare professionally for open jobs in the area. They do a great job of helping everyone who enters equally, and always seem happy to help.

One of my favorite places to stop at! Just be sure to plan ahead as this place has so much it takes a while to go through! I have found some really nice clothing here!

I had never been to a Goodwill store before. I found some really good deals and was happy that I stopped in to shop here.

I always appreciate the customer service at this location!!I stay off of E Market.I take the trip to this side because people actually like their job there!Will be back tomorrow to finish up!

I love going to this particular Goodwill. Most of the time I don't be looking for anything but wind up buying something before I leave the store. I love rounding off my bill as I check out to help out with Goodwill.

honestly the best thrift store in greensboro since it's around a nicer neighborhood/area so i always find nice gems and pieces in this store. never disappoints!!!

The isles are too small & narrow, but the service is always great!! Also, they have a large selection in the Battleground store.

Great place to shop. Lots of merchandise. Although a few shoppers switch price tags to get items cheaper.

This place has become my first fun activity everyday. make a stop during your break. And walk inside

Angie in the Career Center found me a job within a week. I was a daily patron of the store, which had a huge selection of used and new goods. I wish all goodwill's had a Career Center.
