Leslie and Shalonda are such a wonderful people. Very professional at what they do and friendly people. Would come back and recommend this store to everyone.

I visited here on 11/29/20 to drop off a package as part of a return. There was only 1 staff working who was in the back doing something for a customer who already there upon my arrival. The wait was less than 5 minutes. Cashier was quick and friendly. No complaints or issues during this visit.

I was there today and saw a new face and she was extremely helpful. Very professional and working with more than one person at a time. The other young lady is very helpful as well.

Had a notary available to sign, scan & email docs on a Saturday morn. Quick professional & pleasant staff

I'm in a long distance relationship and she would appreciate being able to send me stuff like I sent her. I can only hope the UPS store near her is as orderly and friendly

Super professional and friendly. The young lady who helped me was Leslie. I remember her smile and how patient she was with me.
Well, I would say our line was about 3-4 people but the rotation went so well. What happened is that I had to go to computer to send an email to have my receipt printed out, another lady had to write something before she was able to present her package for shipment. This was my first time shipping something from THIS store to Amazon and it is right in my neighborhood and do a lot of Amazon shopping, so I will be back.

Che is a UPS superstar!!! I visited this location for shredding services. I had almost 200 pounds of paper and when I went out to my car to start to unload, I turned around and there Che was with a hand truck to help. I hadn't asked nor did I expect someone to help and was just so overwhelmed that she was willing and happy to go the extra mile. It was over 90 degrees and I have a bad back so she will never know how much her help meant to me. The other lady that was working assisted the other customers with professionalism and kindness. You don't see customer service at this level these days and this store is exceptional with the service they provide.

Quick, efficient, and extremely helpful! I am an inexperienced shipper and they were very patient. Also ran after me to return my phone that I had left on the counter. Thanks for going above and beyond.

Every time I come in this store, I feel like family! working on the computer is not my strong suit! Alexus and Jason had my back from day one! they haven't missed a beat! I see them just about every day and I must say, they are the best part of my day. Thank you for every thing.

I use this location for Amazon return drop offs. The times I've been there have been no lines or wait.
