The staff at the Roxboro location in Durham, NC are exceptional. I've been going to this location for years, and I've always been very pleased with the service I receive here.

My latest experience has been the best. I had to get a new key fob for my car. Alex and the rest of the team made the process very simple. Alex was very patient with my questions. After ordering the correct key fob, cutting the key and programming with my car, the entire process took less than thirty minutes and cost me $100 less than what I was quoted at Toyota.

Excellent service. I found what I wanted after traveling over 100 miles in three days. I am a procrastinator, but sensible. I never take back what I buy. The item looks great, runs great. The South Point location in Durham worked magic on my XR. The screen was soo cracked it hurt and only voice controls worked to do stuff. And now it's good as new! Thanks BPB!

Friendly, courteous, competent, and fast. What more could you ask for? Not only have all sorts of batteries (including vehicle, marine, commercial vehicle) but also repair and replace cell phone screens and batteries and car ignition fobs. Their fobs are like half the price you'd pay at a dealer if you meed a replacement. Highly recommend!

My tiles were dead. Abt 2 yrs old. The guy finally got them opened . He checked all the batteries first then replaced all. Very nice personnel. Always are here. Ended up cheaper then I thought ..

This store had battery I needed in stock. I shopped online first before I started calling around. No one else had this battery. And even if they had it, the price was much higher. Plus, the guys I spoke with were knowledgeable and very helpful. Kudos to this store and employees.

Order was ready upon arrival. Even replaced my car remote dongle which was running low on power. Great service and customer care for all customers in the store while I was there.

Jeff here in Durham gave GREAT customer service!! OMG: I was hoping to get a new Honda Key with the fob because I saw that Batteries Plus Bulbs offered it by checking on Amazon. The Durham location didn't have what I needed, but I was heading to Wilmington. He connected me to the store in Wilmington that had what I needed and got the job done!!
