Bryant seemed a little flustered, but it was charming. He helped me find a really great deal, and was able to get my old data switched over despite the screen being almost destroyed.

We were in the store to move phones around while one is getting repaired, we walked in when there was a situation happening with another customer. The staff were so professional in their handling of this situation and made sure we were still being helped while working through whatever was going on. They were clearly not having the best night but handled it like pros and I appreciate the respect and professionalism they were showing when put in what seemed to be a tough spot.

Chris definitely was the best!!! He has top notch customer service and knowledge about phones...We didn't know we could have so much fun at a US Cellular store. This is definitely going to be "my store"!

I started my morning by dropping my phone and cracking the screen, after doing some shopping around for screen replacements and finding the cost to be rather high I decided to check into just upgrading my phone. Chris made the process not only smooth but extremely fast as well, he also advised me on changes we can make to our plan to help me save money. If you're interested in exploring your wireless options I highly recommend going to see Chris!

Chris was super helpful with the purchase of my new phone. I went in there stressed out, thinking I would have to pay a bunch of money out of pocket because my phone was all busted up BUT I got some value for it. He was knowledgeable and helpful with setting everything up. He did everything he could to get me the best value for everything.

Elijah at US Cellular in Waukee…

Elijah greeted me as I walked through the door. He was approachable, confident and very knowledgable. He did tell me a bit of information regarding my situation that was not totally accurate when I was in the first time but when I returned he had an updated printout for me including info that he spoke to his coworker about that corrected what he said.

He took it upon himself to dig in, ask his coworker for input so he could give me the accurate info. He went that extra step and it was appreciated.

I was there when the store opened at 10am along with three other customers. Chris opened the store and was working by himself. He explained he was by himself and us all sit separately at the three work stations. He then started with me and hopped to each station helping each customer. It took a bit longer than if I was the only customer but Chris provided good service to us all. He was polite and friendly, a good experience.

John has gone above a beyond to make sure the phone upgrade process was something we wanted. Plus he found a way for us to save money! When my husbands WiFi calling didn’t work he spent almost 2 hours with us, and got things fixed. We really appreciate your time and because of your exceptional service we aren’t looking any longer to go elsewhere. Thank you!!!

The most helpful UScellular store I've ever been to. The guys there are incredibly helpful in trying to troubleshoot an issue I was having with activating a new phone. I thought it was lost cause, as I tried a different store and called Customer Service, but they figured it out. They are miracle workers! Couldn't be happier with my experience.

Chris helped my husband and I with setting up our account and upgrading our phones. Along with processing the paperwork for our daughter (who lives 2 hours away) to add her line to our contract. Chris was amazingly knowledgeable; patient; very thorough in his explanations; helped us with phone covers & accessories; stayed past closing time; and was so personable ! Excellent customer service is rare today but Chris was 5 stars on everything ! Hope his Manager realizes what an asset he is to the company. We will ask for Chris whenever we need assistance again ! Chris was outstanding both with customer service and knowledge. Actually the best experience I have ever had purchasing and setting up a new cell phone. He was the only person in the store with numerous customers and he did a fantastic job both managing the work load.And meeting everyone’s needs.
