Kitrina helped me with a complicated return a few months ago (8/2/23) and was beyond fabulous! Definitely give her all of the sunshine and rainbows! I had so many pipes sticking out of my cart, and she made it a short and easy visit. I tell everyone to come visit you guys at this specific location, because of how easily and efficiently this was! I love this place.. I live in Bennington VT and all we have is home cheapo. I love Lowes my husband drove me the hour plus to this store and I just really really wish we had this store instead of the one we are stuck with. Please come to Southern Vermont ANYWHERE IN SOUTHERN VERMONT. please I love this store

Lowes is a very convenient place for parking n shopping. Courtious people. You could choose your own at your liberty. Nice environment n no pressure..thanks Lowe's.n staff for allowing us to make our own choice with time to decide n choose.

I've bought a few things at this Lowe's but after my recent purchase buying a grill, had to leave a great review. I was helped by LJ and he made the process seamless. He went and found the grill and brought it out to me in no time at all. When I went to check out, he was already there to help me get the propane. Couldn't be happier, I know who to look for when I need help here.

Glenville Lowes had a gas oven in stock for our cottage. The associates there, were extremely helpful and had us on our way , even though business was brisk, in about 15 minutes.

Love Lowes. Fair prices. Staff went out of their way to help me . They had to get a fork truck to help me get a kerosene heater that was at the very top of a shelf. They did it quickly, cheerfully and efficiently.

Quick in and out. Repair dinner switch and valve stem washers for sink.

Absolutely trash store with trash customer service.

Great help finding what I needed and prices were better than I had planned. I was pleased to see that the store was stocked with air conditioners as the summer months are here. They also had a good variety of kitchen cabinets to choose from. There is currently a sale on all appliances as I saw many sale priced to go quickly. I was shown financing plans in case that was desired. I plan to return here soon as I found the item I wanted, now to get the area ready for it. Thank you Lowe's for bringing me a great shopping experience.

Competitive prices. They had an associate out front thr store cooking burgers and hot dogs 🌭 for free!

It took a while to purchase a new barbecue grill and two blinds (new employees) but we were happy with the results. 5/27/23 - Just bought an electric mower. Employee was there to helpfully lift it off the stack. Thank you!

Terrible experience 3 times! They sell installation for things but noone knows how to add or cancel it to purchases! No matter what employee or manager is on duty they dont know how to add or take off installations. First time using Lowes for anything and I cant say these experiences make me say "I will be back". I loved the price of the toilet but thats it! I thought Lowes was empty because of prices might be because of terrible customer service! Shelby changed my view on Lowes! She was super smart,professional and resolved an issue that 2 managers couldnt even resolve! I highly recommend going when she is there! Make her a manager!

During the week it is great to go shopping there. Weekends are a bit tough given the fact many of the department managers are off and most of the other associates does not know much. Overall they will try to help you the best they can. Also had a install to be honest it was a very bumpy road once the store manager got involved she took care of everything.

Collin and Luigi were attentive, knowledgeable, and all around great to work with.

Not bad for a big box store. I've bought a washer a couple of years ago and tonight I bought a mower. I've gone there numerous times for miscellaneous items. The staff are always fantastic and helpful when I interact with them. The prices are decent.

Lowe's in Glenville NY has been great for my residential and business needs. Staff is helpful. Our current bathroom project had a snag with an online tub purchase being unavailable after being discontinued, but the local staff helped us with a replacement and getting the gift card situation rectified. Picked up today after calling and my time and toilet from another online order

Best Lowe's around! Always tons of stock, super clean store, and great employees! You can always find help from someone nearby, rarely have I ever had to wait more than ~2 minutes for assistance. Plus many of them are knowledgeable enough to give you personal recommendations for your projects.
