AT&T Store

This store words can even describe the amount of fun I had at this location. The store manager was hilarious. I mean he should probably do stand up. He was helpful he took the time to go over everything and had a fun real conversation with myself and my wife. I will go here time and time again. If your looking for entertainment and great customer service. This manager and this store is for you!!!!

Came here on Saturday and I have to say Dave and Elijah are two of the BEST att employees I have ever met. They were both very patient for the four hours we were there fixing our account and getting 2 new phones. I have to say I will always come back to this store. I definitely recommend this store and these two gentlemen deserve promotions for how well they do their jobs.

This store was awesome! Honestly, I've never had so much fun in what is normally a annoying time consuming task. The store manager made sure I was taken care of and just joked around and highly entertaining. It was a great experience and I actually look forward to sending friends and family to this trusted location. Keep up the good work guys!!!!!

I stopped in the AT&T store on W. Campbell Rd, Schenectady to briefly take a look at and gather some information on phones I would be needing going into the New Year.
The manager Kyle, was extremely helpful and informative.
Most importantly, he steered me towards the phones that would support my business best.
If you're in need of a phone, and you want to be dealt with in a professional, courteous manner, stop in and see Kyle.

I received a text message from AT&T informing me that my cell phone was soon to be obsolete and I needed to purchase a newer phone. I went to my closest AT&T store, located 1/2 mile from my home. As I entered the store I was greeted with a friendly welcome to AT&T. I told them that I needed a newer phone and asked what they had available. The manager Ray and his assistant Nick showed me several models. I explained to them that I was a senior and needed something very easy to use. The suggested the Android. I was very happy with their choice. They set it all up for me and even transferred all of my 500 phone numbers to the new phone. They also downloaded the special ringtones I wanted. They gave me a quick operation lesson. Anytime I had a problem I would call Ray or Nick and they would assist me in solving my problem. They also noticed that I was disabled. So every time I visited them, they would bring out a chair from the office so I could sit. That is a very kind jester. They're never bothered with my constant questions and go out of they way to assist me in any way they can. They always seem to know how to solve my problems. I am a very happy AT&T customer due to the superior service I received from Ray and Nick. I will recommend this AT&T store to all my friends! (PS: I give them 10 Stars not 5)

Vito the manager was excellent. He is a great asset to at&t and would recommend him to anyone. The best at&t store I've ever been to hands down and I've had at&t for 20 year's!

Vito, the store manager was very helpful and informative. Great costumer service, the store was new (located across from the mall) and very clean with many live devices available to look at before choosing an upgrade.

Vito and Austin were very helpful in getting my old s3 upgraded to the s5. They went over all the benefits of the s5 and a couple of other phones so that I could make a well informed decision.
Thank you for all your help. I will go back to this location in the future when I need help.

Excellent service. David the rep helping me was courteous, helpful and overall a genuinely nice individual. I recommend this place to anyone in need of good customer service and needing a phone.
