Here I am at the iPhone, the Verizon store and with the help of Jason he has helped me figure out why my new phone won’t back up. He was very patient with my not understanding anything. He wrote down everything so that I don’t have to go home and forget what all of it was and I would be happy to come back anytime if I need his help again so thank you

Have had great service here. Ryan Ott was especially helpful and knew his stuff! We were in a hurry and he was also very respectful of that. Offered upgrades and additional items (chargers) but respected when I declined. I'll always go back to this store (Glenville) even though they're 30 minutes away and I have a Verizon store 3 minutes from my house!

The Verizon Glendale has been extremely helpful for me today. My phone has stopped working. Stop working, stop working, stop working, stop working, stop working, stop working, stop working, stop working. Stop working. Stop working, stop working stopped in the c j's and he was able to call Verizon for me and provide me with a SIM card to fix my network issvery professional and always nice to work with. I'll continue to come see Jason here

Came to visit store with help on my Facebook setting. Jason assistance and offered a new phone . I will be coming back to get my new phone here at the Glenville Verizon.

I’ve always had good service here, but the past few visits were over the top. John Kelly did a wonderful job getting the best plans and products for my family. He provided excellent customer service at every point. John replies to customer concerns promptly and works patiently to resolve any concerns (even those caused by other vendors). In a society where many don’t even want to do their jobs, John went above and beyond. Impressive.

I had an excellent experience at the Verizon in Glenville. All the reps that I encountered at this location were kind and friendly. I worked with sales rep John Kelly. I had not upgraded my phone in years and I am not very tech savvy. John clearly and patiently went through my options, and spent time troubleshooting issues with connecting to my old mac account and working out how to export my data to the new phone. I was nervous about the process because I have come to rely on the phone for work access, and I couldn't afford the time with no phone if the transfer didn't work. This rep really went the extra distance. When I had some follow up issues, I returned to the store and waited for Mr. Kelly who used his knowledge to quickly correct the issue. Thanks for making this process work so well!

I had such a good experience at this store. I went to trade in my old iPhone for a new one, Brian helped me and he was amazing. He helped switch everything over and helped me pick out all the accessories that I needed for it. He made everything so easy and I cannot give him enough praise.

Stopped at the Glenville Verizon. I work with Jason, who helped fix my phone from reading our messages. It was very difficult for me to figure out and it was much easier to stop here at the store, and to work with Jason to get this resolved him was very nice and fast to help me.

Scammers tried to get me so I stopped into Glenville Verizon. We blocked and report spam. Jason was very helpful reassuring that my new phone was built to protect me from scammers. I give him 5 stars . Thank you

We worked with John Kelly in the Glenville store. He knew exactly what we needed to switch back to Verizon and made it all happen with ease and excellent customer service. He was able to switch phones for our family in 3 different states!!!! He did all the work and sent phones with his information to help with the transition to both of our children.. He was very knowledgeable and explained every detail regarding the switch. We did not have to do anything!! John made sure we had everything we needed to set up and use our new iPhones including screen savers, cases and chargers before we left the store. He explained every detail of the billing and what to expect as the services transitioned. A full service experience and I don’t think we would have switched with anyone else. He intuitively knew how to meet our family’s needs and what it would take to get our business back. Thank you John. It was a great experience!!

my daughter and I came in today for a new phone. John Kelly was the associate to assist us and I must say that his outstanding cyst service was delightful. His knowledge of plans and phones totally anticipated and met our needs. We actually ended up purchased internet as well after discussing our present service that has not met our needs. His style is not high pressure at all, simply informational, engaging and fun. In a day where customer service is sorely missing-I was not only impressed, but refreshed. I would recommend him to any customer seeking assistance.
