The UPS Store

I stopped in to send a package out. When I arrived there were 4 people in line and 2 came in behind me, Marisol was working and greeted the people as they came in, great touch being so busy. She was very efficient she saw people standing in line for a notary and there was not one there at the time she announced that so the persons did not have to waste their time in line. She saw people had items to just drop off and she was offered to take those items. A person behind me needed something printed she offered the email so when the got to the front of the line she could bring the item up print it and get the person out. All items could have been handled when the person was in front of her but that would have been inefficient she was extremely efficient and I was impressed. All this said I was only in the store for approx 10 minutes. Great job Marisol thank you for taking such pride in your job and trying to get people in and out fast.

I didn’t intend to come to this location of UPS but it happened to be beside a store I was already at and the experience at this UPS location was amazing. When I walked in, Mariya & Marisol were so kind with their greeting and handled my return so professionally. Josh and Louis also presented positive energy when speaking with others and it made me acknowledge their kindness as that is often hard to come by these days. I loved this fast, professional, & engaging experience. Thank you all for making my day better!

My package with a wrong delivery address already went out. Josh was able to coordinate and arrange it to be shipped back.
I feel a relieve to not lose this package to the wrong receiver.

This location is in my neighborhood so I go there often. Everyone at this location is super efficient and polite. I'd like to give a shout out to Josh who has helped me many times. He's always courteous and professional. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I just made a return at this UPS store and Marisol noticed I held the return sheet that's suppose to be enclosed with the item. In a blink, she suggested she open the top of the box to put the return sheet inside, and then she taped it up with a beautiful smile. Encounters like this is what makes a day better.
