Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Need to do some home repairs, and I have to use the exact same colors the HOA used the last time they painted, which was "glass of milk" aka sorta-white.

Came in here last week and Dave was extremely helpful in not only verifying they can recreate it, but what my options were for exterior paints and what the differences are.

if I end up having to buy the paint myself (as opposed to the contractor), I will definitely be coming back here to buy it. Thanks Dave!

Went into this store last weekend for some help and the woman working was super helpful (I meant to catch her name but didn’t). Appreciate the amazing customer service. We have bought paint from here on several occasions in the past and have always been happy with the quality.

Before placing the order I checked with multiple stores if I can place an online order and pick up later and everyone told me it’s not possible. However, when I went to the Cary Preston store in person, the asst manager Brent helped me out and said they will do everything possible to help me out. Even after knowing that I’ll place an online order, he walked me through all the details to chose the right paint and tools for my specific requirements. It was an wonderful experience and i felt like my business was appreciated. I even called him a couple of times after my visit and he spent a good amount of time to clarify my doubts and answer my questions. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and I would definitely shop in this store even though it’s not the closest SW location from my place.

I had an amazing experience 2 days ago while purchasing exterior paint for my house. I want to call out Brent Hayes who is an Asst. Manager at this store for such a great service. Brent helped me with picking the right color, type of paint, discussed pros of each kind of paint, was super courteous, and carried all my paints to my truck.

Thank you very much for being so good to your customers, I will come back to this location for all my future paint needs.

PS: I was very satisfied with all the precautions in the store regarding COVID (mask wearing employees, mask available for customers, social distancing, marking on the floor, plexi glass, separate entry/exit doors etc etc)

Super helpful staff. We are not pro painters and they sent us home with everything we would need to paint my daughter's room. Would definitely go back, much better than going to Lowe's.

Love, love, love the customer service at this Sherwin Williams. The guys helping me went above and beyond to help me get my paint in the colors and quality I wanted while staying within my right budget. I'm opening a boutique and the paint I bought has totally transformed the place. I absolutely recommend buying paint here for commercial or residential needs.

I bought 23gl of paint from this store during the Aug 16th 2015 sales weekend that SW had, and I'm happy with price and product. I'm extremely happy with Emily, the sales associate that helped me. She answered all my questions during my initial visit. When I visited the next day to buy all the paint I needed (~23gl), she worked really hard to get everything ready while I was waiting in the store. She was very professional throughout the transaction, though she was sweating a lot as she rolled out the dolly containing the paint out to my car. My experience at this store was one of the best customer service experiences I've had.

If you need a custom paint match..this is the place to come. Morgan was extremely helpful in matching the color I needed for a wall repair. It matched perfectly. I have never been disappointed by this location. I think Morgan helped me this past time. She helped me easily prepare for some DIY knowing I was not a professional and completely clueless. This is my go-to place for paint, accessories, and advice.

Super busy, but Sarah did an amazing job assisting every customer. We especially appreciate her advice on paint colors and suggestions for making a final decision.

The rep came from behind counter to ask if I needed assistance and then called around to confirm that I could receive a discount without me asking for one. I have always had great service at this location and will use them when we paint our home later.

The locations that I have been have not disappointed me. I stopped by to get a patch kit and I was confused as to what kind of brush to buy. The lady at front desk suggested an affordable one. Will stop by here for my future paint needs.

Sherwin Williams paint is expensive, but there are often good sales, and great customer service at this store. Very helpful people here.
