I was dreading having to spend time taking care of updating my account, adding a new line and buying three new phones for my family. Wow! Easy-peasy all the way and the lady helping us, I think her name was Edith, was five star all the way. Friendly, professional and just an asset to the Verizon family.

I went to this location with my son and of course my son was being a typical toddler but the sales associate Te-von was amazing with him. He talked to him and went to the back and got a big box for him to draw on. Te-von was incredibly helpful with helping me to set up my new phone but went above and beyond by being so kind to my child. I definitely recommend this location.

Every time I go to this store and see Lee I know I will be taken care of. I have been going to this store for the past 6 years or so, and Lee has always been professional, caring, and listened to my concerns. This most recent time I had the pleasure of being helped by Lee and Devin- what a wonderful duo. Thanks again for everything! I won’t go to another Verizon store!

My experience was very good, better than I expected. Only "downside" was there was only one salesperson available and he could not devote his time to my purchase so it took a lot longer than it should have.

We had a great experience at this Verizon retailer store. Jason went over beyond to help my wife and I set up our new family plan cellphone lines and even stayed extra to figure out some issues we were having with a phone line at the time. He brought excellent customer service and was very patient with us. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant!

I was helped by Te- Von today! He is a very kind and a smart person. He helped change my Dad's phone screen protector. He was really precise, patient, knew what he was doing and did it with a smile.Thanks Te-Von! Great customer service!

Lee has a great attitude, and customer service- even while being there as a solo employee. He was easily able to juggle 3 parties with a smile on his face.

Staff are always helpful and friendly, always have my issues resolved.

Avery & Whitney were very helpful when I came into the store to have my iPhone 6 traded in for a 7. They thoroughly explained the billing process, provided excellent customer service and made sure I fully understood my purchase cost and features. They also explained the iPhone 7 features and even stayed 45 minutes extra past closing, to help download software onto my phone. They not once were negative about having to stay past the store closing time of 9PM. I sincerely appreciated this and the entire staff was very friendly! Their efforts were wonderful and they were a joy to speak with!

Best and most helpful visit to a Verizon store ever!!! Christian and Matt could not have provided better customer service. I really appreciate how pro-active they were in setting up my new phone and advising on accessories and usage. Go to this store for a positive experience and outcome!

I was there to get a new phone. Robert was very helpful, patient and made the process great! There were issues trying to transfer my date from my old phone, but he was persistent in making sure it got done instead of saying it cannot be done. It was a busy day but he and Whitney treated each customer, even those who were waiting, with respect. Great teamwork!

Where do I start!? Whitney Beals is amazing at what she does. I came in and started my plan and she helped me find the perfect plan for me without spending a bunch of money. I have a work phone and a personal phone and she walked me through how to manage my usage for both, showed me how to pay my bill through the my Verizon app and I have never had someone sit down and take the time to show me how to do things with out feeling like I was a burden. Great atmosphere as well. All the employees seem to work together very well. Great experience in this location will not go anywhere else. Best part even though I am aware I have an available upgrade on one of my phones she didn't haggle me after pointing it out that I had it. She just told me that I was eligible for an upgrade and I said that I was really happy with this phone and she said that's great I'm glad this is a good fit for you but I will upgrade with her when I am ready. You will be so pleased with your experience!!!!

The staff and manager Whitney are awesome!! It's a Verizon store that makes you feel like they really care about helping you. They take time to get to know you, treating you like a friend or family. Not just a dollar sign that just walked in the door. I know I won't be going to any other store other than this one. Highly recommend everyone else does the same! :-)

Christian was amazing. He helped me get my phone I wanted and helped me get it all set up and everything! He was knowledgeable about the products and didn’t push to make a sale. Overall a super pleasant experience!

My son was given a Verizon track phone when his uncle upgraded to a newer phone. We went to several different Verizon stores and no one could activate the phone, even though it was just recently on the Verizon network. WHITNEY, however, has so much experience that she knew things that no one else did, and after trying several different approaches was able to activate the phone! We were so thankful for her effort and persistence! Her effort, expertise, and amazing customer service has earned our loyalty. I highly recommend Whitney for all your Verizon services.

Whitney, the store manager at this Verizon Wireless, is extremely helpful and patient! I cannot thank her enough. My cell phone screen was not functioning due to water exposure while running. After utilizing the Redux machine in her store for over 45 minutes and staying after closing time to help me, the problem was fixed. My phone was working again! Whitney has a great personality and is quite knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and this store!
