Love Michael's! I am a painter and it's not safe for me to go to Michael's to pick up one thing. Like Target, I leave with way more than I planned on buying. I also love their self checkout. Big improvement!

Great and large store, well located. Big parking lot, I didn't have problem to parking despite being holiday eve... Variety of products compared to other franchise stores. Of course, I will be back soon!

Today I was at Michaels looking for materials and I was approached by Sandy, she was the nicest employee and asked if I needed any assistance. She was so helpful and guided me to the aisle I was looking for. I asked her about the printer paper products and she knew a a lot about the product! I'm so thankful for all your help and I had to come on here and give praise when it's due! Thank you for the AMAZING customer service and the great knowledge! I will definitely be a returning customer!

Good for all your crafting needs

This location is great. My son wanted some canvas and acrylic paints to do a sunset painting and they had 6 canvas packs for $12. Acrylic paints were overwhelming, in a good way, as they have hundreds of colors. If you need anything for art supplies, holiday decorations or projects this is your spot.

Very clean and organized. Employees were courteous. Maybe it was the time of night I went but it was almost movie like in how enjoyably quiet and calm it was.

This is by far the best michaels I have been to. It's very neat inside, people who work there are very nice overall a great experience.

It's huge! It's bigger than their branch in Needham. I was picking up an order that was ordered online. Very easy. Walked to the counter, asked for my name and picked up the order. The cashier was friendly and professional.
