Mr. Charles was amazingly kind, personable, and very straight forward. He answered my questions and spoke to me like I was a person and not just a number or sale!!!!

I’ve been without a dryer for about 7 months!!! And I was in need of one, well I took a chance and the mailer I got I went and put in for financing. While online I didn’t quite understand some parts so I stopped. The very next day Mr. Charles called me and spoke gently and patiently with me and just setup a time for me to come in!

I had the best experience and also have my neighbor coming in!!!!!

Samantha was an amazing saleswoman. Pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions about sectionals and the cabinet video games. I'm planning on building a "man cave" and Sam hit it out of the park explaining all the ones Conn has. They should give this person a promotion!

Phenomenal customer service from Nick and his Tala has been great to deal with every time we encounter.

Body did a great job with assisting us on our new purchase. He was extremely mature and very knowledgeable.

Of many things I purchased, I got an LG TV here.
2-4 defective pixel lines from one side of the screen to the other!
It happens, manufacturer defect, not Conn's fault.
The managers and employees at the Burlington Conn's location, to the tech that came to my house (punctual great communication, from the start). I have been absolutely impressed with how my issue was handled and resolved. I was given detailed guidance and what to expect processing my defective TV panel.

The tech, Douglas, called me THE NEXT DAY and came out and diagnosed and verified that the problem I was having. Determination: required a warranty replacement from LG. The TV was not damaged, it was defective from the factory. He told me that it would take about a week to get the part, and that he would be back to replace my defective panel on-site. He was true to his estimation (despite the fact that logistics can be hard/impossible to predict), and called me the following Monday morning letting me know that he had the part, and gave me some options for coming to do the replacement. Before the day was out, I had my fully repaired TV back on the wall. He replaced the panel right there at my house!

Doug was extremely considerate of my schedule, absolutely professional, extremely knowledgeable, completely capable, time efficient, very respectful of my home, comprehensive communication, perfectly punctual, and impressively effective/efficient at solving my problem. Hands down, I have just received the best customer service and in-home service from any company / technician in my life. Service people on his level are one in a billion.

FYI, this assessment may sound exaggerated and extra. I am just trying to articulate (accurately, factually, and completely), as a three-decade veteran of the industry, my perspective of this particular Conn's in-home service. This is my first-person honest assessment of the work performed. I had not previously encountered, or even knew of, Doug before he contacted me to schedule his preliminary visit. The regional GM (I wish I had written down her name), did say, that the two technicians that service this overlapping region (Winston Salem / Raleigh : overlapping territories), are extremely "good". By her smile, when she said that to me, I could tell she was aware of just how much of an understatement she was making. "Under promise, over deliver"; I thought those days were long gone! Good on your Conn's! This is my second round of purchasing with Conn's in the last 3 years, and I am now officially a Conn's lifetime customer. All of the current staff and upper management affiliated with the Burlington Conn's location, are diamond-class individuals/employees as well.
I tell everyone who even hints at a need, that Conn's could fill, that it would be seriously disadvantageous if they don't physically go to Conn's in Burlington (NC) first, before considering making home goods purchases elsewhere.

I was/have never been sponsored, promoted, compensated, or affiliated with/by Conn's in any way, to write/publish this review. Think I am exaggerating? Go see for yourself. Share your experience, and support the (unfortunate for us all, RARE) companies that can deliver and shine as this one does.

Note: The in home service call, repair work, the whole process cost me zero dollars. It was also handled so quickly and efficiently that it did not take up a lot of my time either. The Conn's in home warranty is defiantly worth getting. I cannot say that about MANY additional coverage solutions from most retailers. It is worth the price, and they don't slouch when it comes to honoring their side of things AND QUICKLY.

Great experience! Got what I needed at a great price!! They worked with me and got me what I was looking for thru quality financing options. The staff was nice polite helpful and willing to sell everything in the store to me 🙌🤣😂

Staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful. The whole process was easy and quick. So many options in store.

Mel and Rikki were very helpful. Both took the time to help me find the right products and were very informative. It can take some time to go through the whole purchase process as most big ticket buys usually do especially with financing and their personalities and friendliness helped the process go smoother and just more pleasant overall. I highly recommend them. Also extremely thorough with
wrapping my stuff, loading and assuring that everything leaves the store in one piece and safely.

Sam was super helpful at the Burlington location, very informative on all the ways they make it possible to get you exactly what you want

Outstanding Service!! I worked with Jazz at the Burlington location she is very knowledgeable and was very patient with me. I changed my mind several times on what I wanted to purchase. Jazz continued to keep a positive attitude until I made my decision. When going to the Conn's in Burlington ask for Jazz.

The floor salesperson and manager were both friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient with our questions, and they showed us only the furniture which fit the needs we described to them instead of trying to sell us something that wouldn't have been right for us. Everyone we interacted with wore masks, which is important to me.

Had a great sales young lady Nayiela. Only there 2 wks so far. Very good with us & answered questions as able or found help. She was great with knowing products & helped me to order. Michael was awesome in helping her! Thank you for your patience & help!!

I came in looking for a mattress and was met with exceptional customer service from Mel and Nayeli. With Mel’s knowledge base on mattresses, and many other things, he was able to direct me towards the best mattress suited for my sleeping habits. 10/10 highly recommended, it was a great experience overall!

PHOENOMENAL customer service!! Charles immediately made me feel like he had my best interest at heart and not just trying to make a sale. He was knowledgeable about your products and addressed all of my concerns and made my overall experience pleasurable. I've been back to the store since my initial visit and Charles remembered my name without hesitation. My second experience was no different. The same standard of excellence was provided.

The associate Chelsey Jimenez was awesome! She approached us about what we were looking for and we showed her what we were interested in and she explained the item to us then my husband decided we needed to get another item to match he and I picked out one and she showed us one and we made our choice without any coercion from her. She was great throughout the whole process, no pressure at all. All of your staff should be like her. We were there one time about two months ago and we were approached by someone who totally turned us off and we left the store. We had a good experience and I'm sure we'll be happy with our purchases.
