DXL Big + Tall

Amazing selection of all sizes. One of the most pleasant aromas as you enter through the doors. One of the best customer service experiences ever. I wish more stores had the customer service experience I had provided by the two team members when I went shopping. On my must visit locations before purchasing any clothing.

Went to two different Men's Wearhouse. The people there were rude and didn't want to help me. Arrived at DXL and Lucy greeted me as soon as I walked in. She helped me pick out a suit , shirt and she made me feel very comfortable. I had everything I needed in less than a half an hour. Thank you Lucy. You're the best!

We found what we needed in the correct size at a decent price. The staff was helpful without hovering.

Great job by the female sales associate. I was able to exchange a shirt and order another shirt. She was quick, fast and awesome. Chrome hair colored woman with glasses. Wish I knew her name because she was awesome.

Went in to buy a sports coat/jacket yesterday. Lucy was fantastic and so helpful. Was able to help me with everything and went above and beyond the call of customer service.

Lucy was excellent, she made what could have been a time consuming visit turn into a 20min one where her gifted eye helped me get everything I needed.
My only issue is as follows: when I got home after spending almost $500 in store, I found a coupon in my mailbox that would have saved me a lot’o’cashola. When I called the Gen DXL number I was told nothing could be done except if I brought in all I purchased, do a return, and then repurchase with the coupon. DXL is a remarkably customer friendly store, except here, the only way to resolve this is for me to do the hour round trip to the store and probably a 20min process once I get there. I would hope there’d be a way to reconcile this situation over the phone, especially for a loyal customer, a DXL rewards member. Thx!

Went last week and weeks before, young lady at Oak Brook terrace, exceptional customer service. She's really very good and very personable. They aren't exactly cheap, but for this type of service and quality, I'll take it all day!

It was my first time shopping there. I was In last minute rush getting a shirt for my daughter's graduation. The man who helped was great, I'm sorry I don't remember his name at the moment but he really was great. He understood what I was looking for and he helped me find exactly what I needed. Not only did he help me find what I needed but I'm not a suit and tie person so tying and tue is kot my thing, so he helped me in the store get the tie ready so all I had to do was slip it on. I will definitely be going back to get more things, but thank you to the kind and helpful staff for helping me out that day!! They get 10 stars!!

I spent hours at the nearby Oakbrook Center Mall searching for a pair of wide width sneakers to no avail, so I googled big and tall stores and found this one just up the street. They had exactly what I was looking for. Salesperson Lucy was very sweet and helpful. I highly recommend this store.
