So I’ve just had the most amazing experience here at DSW and it was all due to an incredible associate by the name of Cassie who literally went above & beyond the call of duty to wow me as a customer in her store!! You simply must shop here just because of the hospitality is on point! 10’s across the board for Cassie!! And the store is neat, clean & well organized!

Honestly the best DSW location in Illinois. Not only is there a great selection for everyone, but it’s so clean & organized. This location has so much more product than other DSW locations. Be patient with their checkout line — remember the world is short staffed!! The staff is so friendly & helpful as well!!

Haven't been to Dsw in about a yr. Cause really who needed new shoes in 2020?! It looked great the store had a revamp and everything is very easy to find. Thete was a lot of great dress boots as well as great clearance shoes and boots.. The only thing I didn't like, it seemed to cluttered when you walked in the front door. You needed to walk around a few tables to get to the "shoes" maybe they did that for security reasons? I don't know, but it was to cluttered for everyone coming in the door.

Love this place. I've been ordering online and shopping in store all summer. They have a shoe for every outfit I own. Sales are outrageously affordable. If you haven't gone, you should. Men and women alike are guaranteed to become a "Shoe Lover" member of this store. I love the location at Oakbrook Shops in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.

I had a really great expierence here. I was helped by Danielle and she had great advice on what shoe would work best for my foot and style. Although the store was busy, the line went by very fast. I highly recommend this store for anyone who likes, needs, or loves shoes.

First time at this location. Came across it by accident. I couldn't resist seeing what they have because it seems they are all a bit different. Well, I hit the gold mine! This is the biggest store I have ever visited! Now as for bargains that you would normally see at other locations, they lacked. But for selections, they have that! It's far from me but I will definitely be going back! Might even take my wife.

Store was very clean and the associate LaKayla was very nice and helpful with helping me find a shoe for my daughter, would definitely come back there to shop again.

The staff is helpful and friendly. I often find better stuff on clearance then anywhere else in the store. However, you might be able to find the same shoes cheaper at Nordstrom Rack. It depends on the specific shoe.

I received excellent customer service over the phone when I called asking about specific shoes for a special occasion. The woman on the phone took time to check availability and placed shoes on hold so I could pick them up conveniently the next day.

This is my new place for shoes. Always find what I'm looking for in my size. There's also the option of buying on line & picking up in store. Friendly staff, great location.

I came home for a visit. I make sure I stop to check out the variety of shoes. The reward program is the same everywhere. But not the style of shoes! VIP Power!!!!

Who doesn't love DSW? Great inventory at this location. Hated their remodel but they are correcting some of the major flaws in the new design so it's not as frustrating to check everything out.
