AT&T Store

Jalen & Scott helped us with new phones. We were waited on the minute we walked in the door. Jalen was very knowledgeable & gave us some options & suggestions. Scott was in training but seemed like he knew exactly what he was doing. They were both very pleasant & very helpful. We love our new phones & the service we received at AT&T, Kalamazoo!

Superb Customer Service. We brought our old Verizon phones in and we received 2 new Samsung S23 phones. However, the best part was the friendly and knowledgeable staff! Great job!

They have always came through for me. The employees there have been kind and sweet never rude and always patient. I appreciate there good work ethic ❤

Stopped in to AT&T while visiting Daughter in Michigan because I lost my phone, Troy checked us in right away and within minutes Alex (THE MAN) came to the rescue !!! IT WAS HANDSDOWN THE MOST PROFESSIONAL, SEAMLESS, CURTIOUS EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER. .. .. had at any AT&T store or any mobile store in general.
Alex was completely efficient and has a wealth of knowledge in respect to his position.
Alex is BY FAR a keeper and should be moved in to a Leadership position to strengthen customer service at AT&T GLOBALLY.
This store is also extremely clean and well organized with a very well trained & curtious group of future leaders to mentor the future of AT&T .

NOTE: MY granddaughter also purchased a new IPhone 15 from Alex, a nice BIG FAT NEW YEARS raise is in order my friends 😁!!

Jalen(store rep) met us just inside the store, so we really didn't have to wait at all! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We got exactly what we needed and he & Scott(store rep in-training) answered all of our questions. Jalen even gave us his store phone number in case we had additional questions later.

Friendly service, pleasant staff; I left the store with the phone and plan that best suits my needs. Scott did a fantastic job!

I have recently changed my cell phone carrier to AT&T and have found that the service at 342 N. Drake Rd. in Kalamazoo is very much better. They take the time to help with a smile!

After 2 months trying to move from prepaid to postpaid this smart man Marvin was able to do and with patient. I been to 5 different retail stores Lansing and Kalamazoo everytime I go they told me I need to give up on my number in order to transfer from prepaid to postpaid. Thank you Marvin for my new phone keep doing what you do one day it will be reward.

I just had a delightful experience at the Kalamazoo AT&T store. LAURA greeted me when I came in and she was incredible throughout my experience. She walked me through all of my many questions and because of her I decided to go with AT&T and drop spectrum. Laura is a star and I hope, many more customers will experience her generosity and knowledge. You have a winner!

My experience at the AT&T on Drake Rd was amazing. My journey starts with Brooke, who greeted promptly when I walked through the door. She helped me add a line, found me a great deal/promotion for my son's surprise iphone, as well answering every question I had. My second experience happened 3 days later when my son decided he rather have a Galaxy S series. Thanks to the kindness and patience of one special employee, Jalen J, we were able to make the switch. My child had Jalen walking back and forth because he couldn't make a solid decision. I can't thank him enough for being so helpful, kind, and patient. The manager Paul was a pleasure as well.

I've gotten great service every time I visited. I changed from my old carrier to AT&T and the transition was flawless. I'm very pleased with my decision to go with AT&T.
