I stopped in for a "stupid" question on my android. The gentleman was more than pleasant, fixed my issue, and didn't even blink as to how easy it was for him. It was appreciated and nice to meet someone pleasant these days!

Phone completely stopped working out of nowhere, was not planning to have to buy a new phone but Matt C. made the process a lot easier to bear. It was amazing customer service, got me set up with a new phone, case and accessories. He explained everything very well, patient and overall kind. I’m very appreciative for his help. It was an unexpected purchase but well worth it with the customer service assistance.

I had to go into Victra to get a temporary mobile hotspot since the utility company outside my house accidentally cut my FIOS line and the repair time was 7-10 days. Anyone who works from home knows that temporary internet during that time is a must have.

The Verizon help desk over the phone originally quoted me $160 for a month of service ($80 hotspot, $80 monthly charge with a data cap of 150gb).

Once I explained the situation to the two gentlemen in the store, they came up with a much better, and cheaper, solution. They hooked me up with Verizon 5G home internet which is $35/mo (obviously I’ll only need it the 1 month) - and it has no data cap and 300mbps speeds. Best of all I can plug it into my existing router and all my devices come right back online. It’s been working great as a stopgap solution for the last few days until my fiber line can be repaired.

Let me start off by said I DREAD shopping for a new phone and Verizon in general. I decided to stop by this store and lisa was AMAZING. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything simply, and even gave me next steps and things to follow up on. By far the best Verizon employee I have ever met

AMAZING customer service. Would highly, highly recommend this store as the manager, Lala, does a phenomenal job. She is polite and professional, and a pleasure to talk and work with.

After running into a ton of hurdles and after hours of attempting to set-up a new phone myself, Lala was able to correctly resolve all of the issues and got the phone working in no time.

I will definitely be visiting the next time I need something.

My husband and I made an impromptu stop when his phone began acting up and we decided it was time to upgrade. The store manager was FANTASTIC. She made sure he was set up and good to go. So pleasant and attentive! If we have any more needs while in the area this will be our go to place!

My technology skills are lacking, and I really needed patient guidance on my first phone in 5 years. That's exactly what I got. The young lady who helped me was knowledgeable, polite, and patient. She had a sense of humor at all the right moments, and it was a pleasure working with her. I walked out of the store with a good understanding of how my new iphone12 worked, and she invited me back should I encounter any problems. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Customer service is alive and well in this store!

Great service at this store! Came in to this store just to get info on plans to switch from another carrier, and Lala was there to give me all the info I need which resulted in me and my family switching. Awesome service and knowledgeable employees!

Wow! The Customer service I received here at the Verizon in Malvern was top notch. The store manager facilitated my entire port over from Tmobile and I couldn't be happier.
