Recently used this location to switch providers, Jessalynn made the whole process very easy! She was very knowledgeable, if I had a question then she had an answer. She was also patient and kind throughout my whole visit. Overall, the best customer service I could have asked for! I’ll forever recommend this location and Jessalynn!

Goldy is awesome. He knew how to fix our issue with the phone stuck in SOS mode. I know it doesn’t seem like a big issue, but with our sone playing sports and needing to be picked up, we really on his phone being available. Goldy has always been so helpful and I’d recommend you do business at this location because of his customer service.

Probably the best expierence I've ever had at a cell phone store. Instead of getting the run around or sent somewhere else this location was extemely knowledgeable and solved all my problems in a timely manner! Nice to have a place I know I can trust for my cell phone needs!!

Switching over from Simple Mobile to Verizon's GSM network with Jay has been an absolute pleasure. He was able to get my fairly obscure unlocked phone activated which was unable to be activated on other networks and painlessly ported my phone number from Simple Mobile. The experience has been night and day.

I was in and out under an hour at Verizon with Jay and Simple Mobile took twenty hours or more of my time without a resolution.
