AT&T Store

Owen, Jay and Dan were amazing! They were very knowledgeable in helping me resolve my issues with my new iPhone 15 Pro! They were courteous and kind and really took the time to teach me new things about my phone and how it works! I would highly recommend these gentleman for any future purchases! Great troubleshooters!

Excellent store with great personnel, especially Owen, he is the man! When confronted with an issue other stores couldn't solve, Owen helped us and solved the issue with our iWatch, thanks again! 100% recommended!

Jay is fantastic to work with. We now swapped out 3 phones but we have worked with him on all of our past transactions. In fact if we walked in, and he was not there, we would come back when he was working rather than work with someone else. He is also very pleasant and knowledgeable on all the AT&T products and services.

Jay was extremely helpful bundling and making changes to our account. Our needs are a little more difficult as we have phone lines, mobile routers, and international data needed. I was able to make more progress working with him in one hour compared to a month of talking to representatives over the phone.

Jay is incredible! I had an awesome experience when I came in looking to upgrade my phone and get answers on our new Business Account. Jay walked me through everything with Tristan and they caught that we had a line on our account that was added by another store and was charging us extra money every month, but not being used. They made recommendations on how to rectify it and now we are getting reimbursed for this unnecessary line thanks to their honesty and transparency! Both are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. This is the only AT&T store I'll go to in the area from here on out. Thank you Jay and thank you Tristan!!

We traded in a phone and added a new line/phone, and Jay was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He made the process as easy as possible, and we chose to transfer to AT&T because of his customer service.

Are you always baffled and annoyed when you go to a phone store? Does the staff (always, it seems, under 20!) leave you totally confused or lost in their technical geekiness? Do you feel like an old fumbling geezer on even the simplest tasks your new phone might offer?... yeah! ME TOO!... But not anymore! RUN! Do not walk to this wonderful AT&T store in Malvern! Mark, Jay, and Tristan will absolutely take care of you, answering all your questions, offering you the best phones, accessories, and plans, and being available for follow-ups in case you forget one of the three gazillion things your new phone can do!! You have a family doctor, a family lawyer, your favorite plumber and electrician... why not a favorite phone store!! This one is it!!!

I bought a new phone online and needed help setting it up, I was helped by Jay who was very knowledgeable, he helped me out on 3 different occasions and each time Jay was able to fix what I had done.
Everyone who works there has great attitudes and are very helpful.

Jay was fantastic! He helped me switch my plan to AT&T, purchase a new phone, and purchase the new AT&T internet air. The internet air was so easy to set up and the connection/speed is just as good as the Verizon Fios internet I used to have.

The team at the Malvern location is the best! I had so many questions and small issues pop up and they helped me in a timely and friendly manner the entire time. Thanks to Jay, Shane and Tristan for being so helpful!!
