Somis Nut House

Love this store!! All kinds of nuts and candies. Also, they have dried fruits and vegi chips. It's a must go to store. Oh, I also get popping corn here 😋

As you travel down the long stretch of road called the 118.... filled with farmland and orange trees, you will find this hidden treasure. It's a rust colored building called the Somis Nut House. They offer more than nuts though. You can find salt water taffy, candy, hot sauces, and even honey. This place is awesome if you are looking for a variety of snacks.

I haven't been here since 1973. My mom told me we're goingbto the nut house. I responded Camarillo State Hospital? Shevlaughed no the Somis Nut House. Brought my daughter with me so she could experience this landmark store. What a Gem. Thank you Somis Nut House fir jogging my memory of great simple times.

Absolutely a wonderful store. If you want fresh items, they a great variety of nuts and candy, spices and anything else you might want.

I’ve been going here since I was a kid, for over 30 years now and it’s still just as wonderful and charming as ever. They have a wide selection of nuts, candies, sauces, dressings, and delicious home made treats. If you’re in the area, it’s a must.

Great place...any nut that you're looking for you will find here. They have raw & flavored nuts. Also chocolate, jelly beans, licorice & all sorts of other candies. They also have Bennet's Honey & jams, preserves & jellies. Will definitely be back!!!

Such a hidden gem. They have nuts, dried fruits, candy, sugar free, jerky, jams, all kinds of fun treats. It's definitely worth checking out, just to see what's there for a later date. It will appear closed, not top of the line exterior, but a big surprise when you walk inside. Awesome selection.
