The store is well kept up and the staff is very helpful... They have a ton of variety you will probably find what you are looking for and the prices are great if you are looking at the sales sections. The email coupons that they send to you are the best they are one day sales and they give killer deals on random items it's fun to check your email every day and see what item they have for the next day. Never ever a line during checkout always someone to help you and the store is well-maintained with great items and brands...

Although they didn't have what I was looking for in the store yesterday, the two employees (Carmen and I don't remember the other young man's name 🤔) went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking. They called 4 other stores in the district and tracked down the items my kids will need for their trip this weekend. They now have a loyal customer for their impeccable customer service!

I was left with such a lasting impression of the cutest gal at the front. She had the sweetest giggles that was contagious. I was so glad she lit up the entire store with her laughter! It makes you wanna keep coming back...

Associate Joseph was extremely helpful and very nice. He helped me pick out shoes. Give him a raise.

I go there to get the oldest nephews, swimming trunks for water polo, centric place. Great selection, definitely a place to shop, nothing but good experiences. It has been a staple of active and sports oriented families for decades. My sister worked in the Oxnard store a few decades ago, she was also as happy as she could be, so that says all.

Quiet, clean store young girl was very helpful when I needed help. Although what I was looking for she said they no longer had but there was one left right in front of us and I bought that.

Had a last-minute camping trip that I needed all odds and ends for, the staff were able to easily help me find what I needed, within reason. Unfortunately summer supplies are no longer on sale. I guess I waited too long LOL

Love the new Pastor Matt Agnew from Arizona. Also love the students ministry focus and don't get me started on the worship team at the beginning of one of our 2 services. Sometimes I feel like I am in a christian concert sometimes Lol! Bible based church and family and children a huge focus.

Ive always liked Big 5. There waa no shortage of employees as there were very few customers. They were eager to assist you amd very friendly. I just hope that they survive since they are the only sporting goods store left.

Katie helped me find the pair of shoes I was looking for. I bought a pair for myself, then returned approx 4 days later and they were no where to be found....Katie hunted them down, in the right size, and provided top notch customer service. Thank you!!

The young man that helped me was a class act he knows how to treat the customers. I'm sorry I didn't catch his name. The cashier was awesome also....I will be returning.

Got my gun safety course test completed here and the guy was really helpful and nice. This store is packed with goods and nice employees
