I Live in a assisted living facility just across The street from the Santa Rose Rd CVS and I often us the store as a market that I'm not able to get to, It's more expensive in most items.

Relatively small for a CVS. Employees very friendly especially the new person Jane. It appears the supplies for most quarantine items is available but somewhat limited in quantity.

I would give CVS pharmacy 10 stars if I could because Janice the pharmacist is so compassionate and caring .It’s because of Janice I continue to use the Cvs on Santa Rosa Rd in Camarillo

I go to cvs quite often. Staff is friendly. Prices are high. But its close to my father's house so the convenience of it makes it ok

All the staff are very helpful! The Pharmacy & Store are Wonderful! Please don’t close this store, very convenient, since gas is going up!

Pharmacy wait times are lengthy even if you're the only person in line, but store is clean, quiet, and staff is helpful/approachable.

THE NEW PHONE SYSTEM DUMPS YOU INTO ENDLESS HOLD.

AUGUST 2023 -

CVS WILL NOT GIVE VACCINES IF YOU HAVE KAISER INSURANCE, EVEN THOUGH IT IS ALL MEDICARE.
I MADE ONLINE APPOINTMENT WITH 20 SCREENS OF INPUT ( ONE OF WHICH WAS CURRENT PHONE NUMBER) ONE OF WHICH WAS INSURANCE RX NUMBERS.

NONE SAID THEY DON'T TAKE KAISER.
I RECEIVED A TEXT SAYING I HAD AN APPOINTMENT.

I SHOW UP AND THEY SAY WE DON'T TAKE KAISER ! THEY HAD AN OLD PHONE NUMBER , NOT THE ONE I HAD INPUT.
THEY DID NOT BOTHER TO TEXT SAYING
IT WAS CANCELLED!!!

Was a loyal customer for many years ! But now it's not the same Pharmacy dept anymore ! Coupon machine broken wasn't able to get extra bucks
Internal system problems at the Santa Rosa Road location and Pharmacy was Condescending ! Will take my business elsewhere
Good Bye !!! The difference between a good Company and a Bad one is when you have a problem how fast they can fix it Failed completely

Don't believe the info given on the CVS phone app. Said my prescription would be ready at a time after the pharmacy was closed
