Why 2 stars? I go to the stripes at the corner to use the atm and get my husband a can of snuff and the worker has the doors locked! 24 hrs? That same female constantly does this and I'm tired of having to walk to the opposite end of 34th for my husbands money. Shes rude and inconsiderate where people are concerned and needs to be fired

Manager racially profiled my friend and wouldn’t leave her alone even though she told him she didn’t steal. Then came outside to yell at us saying “it’s not racists”. Never will we be going to stripes again.

It's sad I'm not from here and had the worst experience at this exact location! 08/04/2019 I went into the store to get refills on ice and grab a couple of tobacco products as I was leaning over the card machine my card read (smart card) and I was charged 28.86 and walked out with nothing . I check my account today 08/05/2019 and noticed the withdrawal so I go to the store when I walked in I seen the lady who I dealt with asked her if she remember me she stated yeah, anyways the lady got her manager in regards of issue as I was talking to the manager who rather eat a bowl of noodles then put customers first acted like she didn't care about issue. I asked for corporate information which she claimed I couldn't have. Then as I waited for a call from corporate information she handed me the store phone with her friend on the phone acting like corporate. Mind you no one in the store had name tags on. They were very rude and acted like my money being taken off my card unauthorized wasn't a problem. I'm currently filing a claim with my bank in regards of issue and will be looking forward on taking them to court. I couldn't even get a receipt any names the store number or corporate information let alone my mf money. These mexican women are thieves and should be fired!!

I would like to comment on the poor operation of the stripes stores in Lubbock Tx. the 66th and milwaukee location and 98th and frankford locations. I am a business owner my self so I do Understand what it takes to run a business.
I have been buying fuel for my Diesel truck for the last two years at these locations bucause it is a convience to me. but let me tell you they always have broke pumps for months, the printers on the pumps next to never work and when you tell them you get a different excuse as to why the dont work. I have to go inside and wait in a line of 10 to 15 to get a reciept which is required for my business,. What kind of convience is that! well I can tell you its not. I have been told by your employees that when a pump it broken that they cannot put a sign on it to say its out of order. company rules! it appears to me that cals is not concerned about what fuel they sell just the products in the store and the gas customers do not count.
and a foot note I use to buy products in the store and tacos but it has gossen so nasty I wont even do that anymore.Most of the employee are Rude, with some exception a couple are nice and friendly. Cals don’t even care to be concerned about these stores always under staffed.

when will it change!

I stopped in yesterday around lunch to get gas and I put 10 in and I gave her a 20. I was about to walk away without the change cause I was so mentally exhausted and she was jus plain rude about it. For something so little, I'm sorry I came in and made your day so horrible.

Worst stripes in town . Do not stop here for coffee. Manger seems to have the creamer locked away in the safe and apparently they charge separate for creamer.

The worker at 3402 Ave Q claims to have had a $20 sitting beneath her register. It is 5:06 pm. Claims her name is Monica, though she was slow on remembering.
