The UPS Store

They're quick and efficient. They get what I need done without beating around the bush and are always genuinely polite and courteous. I go out of my way to come to this store even though the one on 29th is closer for me.

I had to ship a large package today and after carefully measuring and weighing it at home, came up with an estimate from the UPS site. The price in the store was higher for some reason, but they worked with me to get the pricing in line. They were very helpful and courteous. I'll definitely use this location in the future to ship items.

Everyone is very nice. Extremely helpful. They know what they are doing. I prefer this location because of all that and just staff being personable.

This store has new operators and they are great! They greet you kindly, are efficient with your shipping and make you feel valued.

Store 3832 is so much better than it used to be. The employees are very respectful, helpful, caring, courteous and go beyond what one would expect from a UPS Store. They will open the door for a customer if the customer’s hands are full.

I received service above and beyond my expectations from manager Shellz. My package, which cost $98 for one day shipping, was delayed In Louisville KY for 13 hours and didn’t arrive when promised. We explained the situation to Shellz who consulted with the owner. She explained UPS corporate would not allow a refund but Shellz and the owner chose to refund the full amount to me. I really appreciated the consideration shown as the package was very important and there was a small window of time when it had to arrive.

Very nice customer service. They took their time in helping me with my issue. And the lady at the other register was on point with the line build up that was obviously my fault. This is my UPS from now on.

Cost me $20 to ship a package to Seattle in a single day. USPS. Down the street wanted $53. Workers were super kind and understanding. I will for now on ship all packages from UPS.

I have received and sent several packages from this location. The staff is very helpful, professional, and patient. I've personally seen one of the staff members go out of his way to help a lady figure out the best, and most cost effective, way to send a package to her grandson. He even built here a box and helped pack the gift to make it safe for shipping for her. It was the type of effort above and beyond that seems hard to find these days. I will continue to loyally use this store for all my chipping needs through UPS for as long as I'm in the neighborhood.

Shellz is the new manager and doing an awesome job with the new transition of ownership !! I have been a customer at this store for over 4 years. They will go out of their way to fix any mistake and make sure you have the best experience possible.

Clean store, plenty of parking, quick service.

I was having a rough day filing paperwork and looking for UPS with a notary. After calling a few I was told this store has one available today. When I arrived I noticed Kyle he greeted all the customers as they walked in and was really present. He had a smile on his face and helped me out quickly and my day went a little smoother after. Thanks!

LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys! I take all of my packages there!! The interaction with staff has always been pleasant and fun and I now have all of my printing done here, too! They do a LOT of same day stuff for me which I totally appreciate because I usually need my job within a couple of hours.

Kylie at our UPS drop off in Spokane South Hill location was phenomenal. The box that the item was delivered in was in shambles and she graciously taped it together. As a UPS and Amazon customer it made my annoying return a great experience. As a customer, I appreciated not having to pay for taping a box that was destroyed by someone else. Kylie and UPS get 5 stars from me!!

I was astounded by the courtesy, kindness, attention and help provided by two employees. Especially as I was not a paying customer, I needed to pick up a package which tracking revealed had arrived at the portal two days early. Their assistance was laudatory and they made it seem routine. Five stars plus.

I have been getting my mail there for almost ten years. The owners and staff have changed through the years but the friendly professional service has not. While waiting in line for a staff member to give someone ahead of you special treatment please remember this....you will soon be the one getting the most professional care and service UPS has to offer.
