The staff are very friendly, and items are easy to find. I also appreciate that they don’t harass you with credit card applications or gimmicky offers. (If they’re supposed to, sorry.) Always a great experience!

The customer service here is amazing! The store is kept so clean and well stocked. So many options and styles too. And it was very reasonable, while also paying well for my clothes I was selling

This is the best Plato’s closet I have ever been to. It is the cleanest, the most organized, they have the best products and the staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can’t recommend this store enough

The employees were really nice, I liked the customer service. They give you a paper with exactly the types of clothes they buy, so it is very helpful.

Wonderful store. I frequently purchase shirts here. The staff is great and the atmosphere is relaxed. I would recommend this store to anyone who purchases and/or wears clothes. I have never sold anything here but the process seems simple enough. Perhaps I’ll bring in some shirts of my own to sell once I grow tired of the old ones. Once again, lovely establishment.

Absolutely love this store. Never disappoints. So happy they opened a location closer to where I live. The staff always have amazing spirits. Especially Kaylee, she was super helpful and sweet

My whole life I have been searching for meaning. 45 long years of waiting, i am happy to say I finally found my missing piece in this little beauty of a consignment store. Also wonderful service 10/10 would recommend.

I had a great experience with this location. I’m glad I tried them out despite the reviews. I called & spoke with someone about the items they needed most, brought them in. They purchased quite a few of my items, for a nice amount. I actually didn’t expect it. I guess I had some nice used items. I have went two sizes down in clothes & couldn’t fit much so I’m glad I was able to contribute to this store. My only complaint would be that they should have a print out of what they’re paying you for each item just out of curiosity & possibly a receipt for the amount you’re given. Other than that I would definitely be back if need be.

This is a great location!!!! Everyone is so nice here and the store is so clean. It’s one of the biggest Plato’s I have been to and it has a HUGE selection of everything you could think of!
