Aric and Ari the manager help me out with establishing a business account. They were extremely helpful and full of information. Ari went above and beyond to meet my needs and then some; she’s definitely a vibe !

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Aric. He answered all questions and was super helpful. I was going to ask if there was any way to save money on my bill also while in store, but he reviewed my plan without my even mentioning it. I had a great experience with Aric and everything went much quicker than I anticipated.

Hector was amazing! He was very engaging, kind, and patient with us! He answered all of our questions, met all of our needs, and then some! He even helps his other coworkers out as a “go to” person for help I felt super comfortable and confident with my purchase

Brandi was extremely helpful and she provided excellent customer service. She was kind, respectful and intelligent. She worked with us for over an hour and we left there very happy with the service she provided. She is worthy of a raise!!!

I believe his name was Shawn. He was so kind and SO patient as I changed my mind on what color iphone and what case. He didn't
make us feel rushed, he didn't bounce around to other people while
helping us which I REALLY appreciate. He made mine & my fiancés day! He was honest, eager to help, & nice! ☺ I am very glad we walked in at the perfect time and Shawn immediately came to us. We were in and out easily in less than an hour if I had to guess. And that was for two 1 iPhone 14 pro max's, accessories, etc. I came in a new customer, and my fiancé was already with AT&T. For a brand new line, an upgrade, picking out the accessories etc. yet somehow it felt like we were in & out! He was professional, proficient, well educated on every single device. We both said that is the best experience either of us has ever had with a rep. I left Verizon. The service was awful, I never had service. Even at my house. We are both extremely grateful for Shawn helping us, and to AT&T!!!

Had a great experience in the Huntersville AT&T store. Our rep was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us get our new phone set up, traded in our old one and set up home internet for us at a discount. Love the employees in that store now!

I wanted to give a big shout out to Kenneth the assistant manager at the AT&T in Huntersville NC. My spouse and I have had Verizon for the past 4 years and decided to go see if AT&T would be worth switching to. After talking with Kenneth he guided us through our options and we ended up switching not only our personal lines but our business line AND purchased a WiFi box to use on the go. Great customer service, knowledge, patience and leadership. Thanks for taking care of us!

I had the best experience with one of the associates, Veronica and the manager, Kirsten today! They were patient and helpful in spite of the store being pretty busy. They focused on taking care of each customer’s needs and did not make anyone feel rushed, but at the same time acknowledged anyone waiting to be seen. They were professional, caring, and helpful.

Brandi was amazing, excellent customer service and problem solving skills, very professional and very friendly

Recently visited the store in Huntersville. Aric provided exceptional customer service. Went above and beyond to assist. I would definitely recommend a visit to this store.

I just want to give Hector the highest praise for helping me troubleshoot a storage problem on my new iPhone. I had consulted numerous knowledgeable people and online resources and no one could help me. Hector easily fixed the problem and kindly showed me how to fix such issues in the future. He is kind, professional, patient, and humbly knowledgeable! Extraordinary customer service!

Veronica helped me and my fiance and she was amazing! She was very patient and took her time with us to help resolve all the issues we were running into! We were there for quite a while and she was calm and nice the entire time. This store is always the most helpful with anything, I will always go to this location. :)

The store Rep River was very helpful and diligent.

Everyone there was so helpful and accommodating. Tacyra especially helped me out a lot when I came in to switch my service over from T-Mobile. She was very patient with me and extremely knowledgeable! The girl knows her stuff! The store has a great team of employees all around. Thank you all!

The customer service here was amazing! Jalen was the first one to help us out and made the process smooth and easy. He explained how fiber works and got us set up for a great rate! I would definitely recommend this AT&T

The entire team went above and beyond to help me with the issues on my bill and upgrade my phone. I had a lot of questions about costs but David and Tia were very patient in assisting me. This isn’t the closest att to me, but I will definitely be making the drive to come back.

I was visiting a few months ago and my phone froze and I was really upset. Tia the manager was awesome, she not only ensured me that my phone got fixed but she also made it fun and easy to do. I came into the store frustrated but I left the store with a smile on my face and in a great mood. Tia is a the best!!!!!
