Visited GameStop to pre-order Hogwarts Legacy and the customer service was outstanding. My son loves to look at everything and they made me feel more comfortable instead of nervous about it. Heather helped me the most, answering questions and making the process quick when I was ready to go. The other employees were great and upbeat as well, can't wait to go back!

Pop hunter here, the store has done a great job of organizing their displays and making it fast to find then buy your desired pop. Good work.

Good staff. Very helpful, good recommendations. I really hope they get fairly compensated, financially. Speaks volumes if they are solid employees for low wages. One girl was zooming around looks like running the whole store while talking to everybody and being friendly.

I'm quite actually amazing about the staff being friendly, this place is neat and clean and overall cool collections they have. This is my first time visiting this gamestop location and now I visit there quite often. I thx y'all for doing an amazing job and customer service. As always, Gamestop will never let me down.

I really like this store. The sales clerks are really knowledge and professional with their customers. They can recommend the right things. They have used games for sale which are affordable. They also sell new items for about the stores price but I trust their store better than others. Also sell hats and some apparel electronics like Amazon fire stick. They were so helpful with me and my purchase.

All the employees in the store are so helpful and always friendly. Kellie helped us today and she's helped us a lot when were here, and she has a wonderful personality and is always very helpful and answers any questions we have. This is my favorite Game Stop to go to.

The staff here is always ready to help. I feel bad for them because they are always by themselves. Definitely understaffed but they make my experience one that makes me want to return them. Keep up the good work.

Best GameStop I've been to. Reminiscent of the individually owned game shops that were around in the past. Where the employees cared. Don't feel like you're in line at McDonald's here just being pushed through which is amazing being it was a week and a half before Christmas. Kudos to your store guys.

This is my local GameStop. The people that work here are simply amazing. They are there to help you and always work with you to make sure you are happy.the store manager Chico is a great person and you can tell he loves what he does.

I purchased a RockBand kit for my Xbox one here. Everything worked but the drum kit. I attempted to reach out to the warranty people (third party) for about a week but was unable to get ahold of anyone. I called the store and worked with the manager Chico. A+ customer service!! Chico let me bring in my drum set and replaced it with a brand new one.

Every time I go the staff are very kind and helpful, but they're also very friendly and willing to share their experiences with new and old games.

Super great place I cant remember the name of the gentleman that helped me (sorry) with the availability of the gundam sets and starwars figures, but he was super duper efficient and knowledgable while also friendly and understanding

I am a bit of an older man, so I am not up to date with the latest games, but what I saw I liked. They have games, consoles, characters clothes etc.

Great place for used video games. Looked online, but with shipping time, even with Amazon, GameStop is a win win.
