Safeway

While in Spokane today I stopped into Safeway/Albertsons. I came in for fresh produce and sushi. The produce department was great, the sushi also.
The store was clean and the flower arrangements beautiful. Also both the salad and sushi purchases were more than 1/2 priced less than Yokes. Only 1 cashier for non self service in the middle of the afternoon they could have added another to the schedule as I never do self service.

How the hell did this Safeway have my favorite eccentric Apricot Jam…on 50% off clearance. Loaded the f up on the that good stuff! Lucky day baby!

The sales rep was delightful. I found just what I wanted. well stocked for Valentine's

Floral Department is amazing. Lady there helped me order what wife wanted and delivered EXTREMELY quick. Fantastic customer service and BEAUTIFUL bouquet

Bought some snacks. The parking lot was crazy busy with a new restaurant opening!

I had a valuable lost at the store. Thought I would never find it again. An employee drove to my place of work to bring it to me. EXCELLENT! and a HUGE thank you to that amazing team member!

Cashier was very friendly. Wish I had gotten her name!

Safeway is usually the same wherever you go.. Stores are clean and marked well. Food is off good variety.. However the thing that makes this place stand apart are the men and woman they hire.. Friendly, hard working, Kind and always ready to assist. This Safeway is worth a stop. Just my opinion tho..

Here is where I go once a month for Indoor cat Hairball Formula cat food and a money order for my rent payment.

Their produce department has really improved. I used to find pretty sad organic stuff but this time everything was fresh and well presented. I was only going to buy bananas but bought salad fixings and more. Staff there is super friendly too!

Best bakery. They have gluten free every day. Meats are pretty good as well. Reasonable pricing. Update: went for bar b que meats today. Damn, way better than what we've been getting lately elsewhere. Chicken legs were seasoned awesome to just put on the grill. Must have been a meat sale as well that day. Paid about half after the member savings. Sirloins we're on sale too, haven't tried them yet but they look lean!

They have my favorite asian pears that no one else wants to carry...:) Plus their carts don't have bad wheels like every single cart at Fred Meyer.

Very decent Safeway location, clean, well stocked and friendly staff.

Safeway is one of my favorite stores, I absolutely love it! Especially the rewards you get for spending every $1 there, but of course, you have to be a member! Also, I get gas at the Safeway on Market St because I always get 10-60 Cents off a gallon of gas! 😍 All the employees are very helpful and extremely friendly too. The Starbucks in Safeway on Market St is the only location that has Blonde roast Coffee available as another option besides decaf. I highly recommend Blonde Roast shots in your coffee. You will never switch to any other roast again. I've loved it and I haven't been able to drink anything but Blonde Coffee now.

Easy parking, plenty of handicapped accessible parking. There is a wide selection of products in stock, the floral dept is well stocked with fresh flowers and arrangements, and there is also a US Bank located inside. ( My 3 favorite reasons for shopping here are banking, floral and their meat dept.)

Love the staff here, store is always welcoming and clean. Each time I go in they have the shelves well stocked and priced right. My kids and I love the bakery, especially the pistachio muffins. Kathy and Shannon are wonderful women and always good to my kids when we go for our "donut day"

Sorry we don't remember his name - the young man in the deli was incredibly helpful. We were there on Friday, the 4th of November at about 5:30. Wish he was working at the store on 29th - great employee for that company!

My favorite grocery store. They carry the items I want at a fair price. Helpful, courteous staff. The stores are always clean and sensibly organized.

Got hit by a car, the Way was not Safe.
