Love this place! Got some snow boots for my little one. The gentleman working at the cash register was very friendly and helpful.

We were able to get our son baseball gear for a decent price and great quality. We went in expecting to have to go to a thrift store instead because of prices bit found they had very decent prices for MIT and cleats. I definitely recommend for your kids needs or your needs. The staff is not knowledgeable at least the two we met but thankfully we have YouTube to help us.

This store has just enough of everything! A good solid community go to shop! Customer service has always been top notch, I could not be happier with how well I'm treated and when I'm watching, the associates treat everyone well! This store is Still My Go To for All Things for Sporting Goods. Comparable gear with the other stores, but prices are usually way better! And they're not the Large chain stores that take out the mom n, pop stores like the other stores do.

Engaged and honest management made business a pleasure. I bought some weights, only to discover that I could not use them. Because they were three very heavy boxes and I got help loading them into my truck when I bought them, I was concerned about whether or not the return would be accepted three weeks later. The management could not have made the returns more trouble free. I was impressed and will shop there again.

A nice young man waited on me and helped me pick ankle weights. He explained everything. I had been in several times waiting forthe weights to come in. No one else had explained things so I could understand I believe his maker started with an X. I really appreciated his help. T

Staff here has always been very friendly to me and if I've ever had to do a return it's never ever been a problem. Big 5 is very good like that. Whenever I need a pocket knife I always go to Big 5 first because they have a great selection of pocket knives Chinese and American at a great value

Wonderful down priced items. Always something on sale. If you don't see the item you want on sale, ask for a manager to find out when it might be back on sale. If it was recently on sale, they might give that old sale price right then. Very helpful staff and a wide variety of name brand products for all seasons and sports.

Sales staff helpful. Great active shoes, don't you love it when you go into a place and you see the whole wall is full of shoes! It's like a running shoe warehouse. If you can't find the sneaker in the style you like then you're too picky.

They didn't have the item in on sale. They were able to give me a similar item at the other lower price without me having to ask for it.
