Office Depot

Can usually find what you are looking for. Have purchased office chairs there for my husband and myself. They were made by Laz-Z-Boy. They are awesome but haven't seen them since. Their clearance prices are amazing.

We had the best retail experience in many years this weekend at the Huntersville Office Depot. The store Manager himself actually assisted us in checking out desk options. We were needing to keep the cost down and he was very patient and worked with us and we found a desk with was on sale, in our price range and fit my needs.

I need a photo copied and was having problems with the self service machine. The young man who came to my assistance was polite and had a wonderful suggestion for a better quality photo copy that he made for me and almost the same money. I was so happy with his service. And, being in the height of the Christmas season, it was refreshing to be helped by someone in a GOOD mood!

Purchased a 24-pack of Duracell AA batteries at a very good price. Easy to order online and easy to pick up at the store.

I highly recommend Lindsay. She is super friendly and knowledgeable about copy and printing and cutting services!

I really looked forward to doing my printing here because the girls are so friendly and helpful.

Went here to get employee manuals printed at the last minute and Jason was an absolute star, not only did he get my copies done very quickly he helped me assemble them all with a smile. It is rare to find such a great team in one store but every time I shop at this location everyone is so helpful! Thank you Jason and Will for everything, y'all are awesome!!

I started ordering from Office Depot/Office Max when I was a very small interior design firm -- back when you had to phone in your online order, and they were two different companies. This company has been consistently nice, helpful and they are always fair in price. Yesterday the 'check out' guy (Huntersville NC) carried my purchase to my car for me. Just standard procedure.

The day before school and we couldn’t find the backpack my daughter wanted. Did a quick google search to see if the backpack would pop up as available anywhere close to me and Bam! There’s Office Depot 3 miles from me with one left in stock and bonus…it’s on sale! Online ordering process was quick and easy. Said it would be ready in 20 minutes and no lie it was ready in 20 minutes. Great experience. Thx OD

I moved here 3 years ago. I bought a computer from the home depot and the staff was extremely helpful. This laptop has been the best lap top I have ever owned. Unfortunately, I dropped it a couple of weeks ago. I had work that needed to be done that day, and went I Home Depot with the intention of getting a new computer quickly. I spoke with Dan. Instead of pushing a computer sale, he suggested I bring my dropped one in and had a new hard drive and all of the needed software installed by the time my work was due.
After such a pleasant experience, my husband went and spoke to to "Dan the man (that is our name for him) and purchased a personal computer. He is very happy with his purchase. I highly recommend if you need anything having to do with technology, Ask for Dan at the Office Depot located on Sam Furr in Birkdale Crossing.

I arrived 10 minutes before the store closed (didn’t realize it was closing), and the associates were very helpful and kind and understanding. I appreciate their patience.

Great store experience and the service was excellent. The product selection was good and I purchased what I needed.

I was in the market for a basic laptop and had done some online research. I knew I wanted a solid-state hard drive, at least 8gb of memory and an Intel processor of at least i5 speed. The sales associate, Dan Pressler, was a fount of knowledge. He had built his own system and was genuinely interested in helping folks being informed consumers. I never felt pressured to make a purchase. I returned the next day and bought a HP Pavilion which exactly meets my needs, I opted for Office Depot's tech package and in less than three hours Dan loaded my system with the necessary software and security. The tech package also includes one year of Office Depot remote support. I explained to Dan that for the past three years I had been unable to connect my HP printer to my home Wi-Fi. He assured me that Office Depot remote tech support would be able to do that. Dan was absolutely correct! I called them and they remotely connected my printer to my home Wi-Fi. So, not only do I now have an updated computer that suits my needs but also a wireless printer for the first time. Outstanding customer service! I will definitely be returning to Office Depot for any future technology needs!

I normally don’t leave reviews. I previous worked at Office Depot Corporate Office-but I also understand the strains of working customer service retail. The guys at this Huntersville NC location are awesome! The print shop is normally busy but they do such a great job and always are upbeat with me! They have made printing my 1000 of resumes so much less stressful! Thanks guys!

Outstanding customer service at this store!!

I was moved beyond measure today while at this store. I'm a teacher and needed one term of paper to print lesson plans to prepare for the coming school year. I wanted one reem of paper but they were two for $10. I didn't have enough money with me for two, and Maurice came to the register and paid for both terms of paper. The generosity of this young man mean more to me than he will ever know. Thank you so much! You all have a wonderful and caring employee.

Great place to shop online and pick up at the store. I got there before my confirmation email, but the employees were very accommodating. Even gave me a ream of paper for the wait. That's customer service! Printer ink I purchased was in stock.
