My daughter and I came inside to eat and there was a gentleman working the whole store by himself. He wasn’t unpleasant about it at all. He was super nice and patient with each customer!!! His name is Don!

Everytime we come to this taco bell the customer service is excellent. Sometimes there is a wait because they have been short staffed lately. But the manager is always very nice and willing to do his best to help us out no matter the situation. Also they haven't messed up my order ever so that's a plus as well.

Thank goodness for Taco Bell. We did a pit stop here. Quick service. One of the guys got a Quesedilla and each of us used the restroom.

The night shift guys are awesome! I came by earlier in my big green truck, an the 2 guys that worked there were so genuine, honestly my food was hot and definitely better then I’ve had at any Taco Bell, I live in huntersville an it’s worth it to eat at Taco Bell in Cornelius for the night shift, there really getting it done, just 2 guys doing everything, that’s honestly amazing, there’s a ton to do inside of a fast food place an the average person doesn’t understand how hard it is especially when there’s only 2 people taking orders, cooking food, restocking, cleaning, taking apart the line of food, sweep an mop an disinfect, they deserve more credit. Hands down best Taco Bell night crew ever an I’ll be by every week!

Good experience here. The employee who was working the drive thru was courteous and patient (we often need extra time to assemble a plan for our gluttony at Taco Bell) and our order was prepared accurately. Exactly what I hope for when getting a quick bite.

Employees were so much fun to talk to! Customer service was great. Before we showed up, we were told there was going to be a wait because they were super short staffed so we were thankful they gave us a heads up. The employees did an amazing job helping us out :) 10/10 will come here again. Thank you!!

Absolute heroes of the people.
100% willing to bring food out you your rental van that is just slightly too tall for the drive thru despite it being 11pm and only having two employees working.
This is why Taco Bell will win the franchise wars.

Always a smile on my face when ordering with Justin. His polite and friendly nature, positive attitude, and accuracy at order entry is astounding and keeps me returning to this Taco Bell. No matter how rough of a day I’m having, he never ceases to turn my day around. He is a very valuable asset to this location, and it would be highly unwise to let him go unnoticed!

I was incredibly pleased with the staff of this taco bell. We stopped in for lunch today and there were only two staff members. (They were incredibly short staffed) anywhere. They were polite, friendly, energetic, and patient. They were not only able to get the orders right but made the food with ample serving size. The food was good. No cracked shells it wasnt greasy. We Will deffinilty be going back. Because its the personal touch that matters. You can get the same food from all the taco bells but the personal touch here is what counts.

The staff Saturday was gave great customer service. Prior customer had an issue with their order. I watched the staff correct it immediately with a smile.

Was just a quick stop after a long drive to get to my hotel. Food was still warm when I got to my room. Drive thru was fast and efficient. Perfect order.

Better, faster and friendlier than the Mooresville location. I live right next to the Mooresville location and I had just gotten home from a road trip and was craving Taco Bell. I went up to the one right by me and it was packed. Drive through line was wrapping around the building and inside was packed as well. Since I've been there before, I already knew that if I stayed, I'd be waiting for almost an hour. So I went down to this one. I had never been to this one because it's 10 miles from home but I have to say that I was making a mistake going to Mooresville. This location serves you faster, friendlier and actually make your food with care. Everything that I got looked amazing and tasted amazing. They even put the food in the bag neatly. They didn't just throw them in. I will definitely make this my go-to Taco Bell even though it's 10 miles south.

Love this Taco bell, worked here for my first job back in 2007-2009 and it has only gotten better. I have used this location since I was a kid, and I am 26 now. Have never had any problems here, and the service is always very friendly and fast. I will say from past experience however, taco bell's Drive Thru gets slammed in waves, if theres a full drive thru and people waiting to get to the speaker, quit being lazy and go inside, you'll have your food in 3 minutes and won't need to come on here and complain that drive thru was slow when your in a line of 20 cars-- common sense?

Placed a mobile order through the drive through and the staff was very friendly and efficient. Our whole meal was delicious and well portioned. Great experience!

My experience was awesome! The food was great, and was served quite quickly. The store and tables were very clean. The employees are also very friendly! There was this one employee in particular but I don't know his name, but he was really awesome!

Ok, so I really liked the deep fried taco & chicken roll ups, they are were reasonable, kind of like an egg roll. Just like magic they appeared & now I understand they are gone. Bring them back... easy to eat while driving... they were nice & hot.

Shout out to my boy Justin who works the night shift, always makes it enjoyable and a unique experience. I will always choose this Tacobell location over others and will always choose this tacobell over any other late night drive thru.
