The pharmacy staff did a great job with figuring out my insurance. The pharmacist was friendly and the Flu shot was painless

I almost always go to the CVS on Sam Furr, bc Sean is usually there and he always takes good care of me. Today was no exception, I had a return and exchange. Sean handled it like he always does.
He is always friendly and professional. Give the man a raise.

I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy!!!! The entire staff is wonderful! For those who say the staff is rude, well, you must have been rude to them first. Debra, Stacey, Brooke, and all of the others are fantastic. The people that they deal with are usually ill or feeling poorly. It is a stressful job. Show a little kindness and it will come back to you tenfold!!!

Great store to shop at. Very friendly and helpful employees. No problem checking out. Store was clean and in great order. Brandon is very friendly and extremely helpful employee. I love this CVS.

Brandon - manager up front helped me with ask the items I needed and found them quickly. Very prompt, professional, and a sense of urgency. Give him a raise!

I wouldn't normally even bother to write a review of CVS. I guess that's what is happening here. Only the people with complaints bother to write a review. I have only been treated with kindness, friendliness and courtesy at this store, whether it is photocards or pharmacy. It is near my home. I go often. Great store!

Kind, courteous staff. I went through the drive through late on a Friday night before closing and my prescription wasn’t ready but the young female pharmacist was super kind and prepared it right away.

Pharmacist was the best I have ever encountered.

wow some nasty comments,, I have NEVER EVER had a problem in that store. I find the pharmacy employees to be very pleasant and accommodating.

The only reason I’m giving two stars is for the minute clinic staff and the retail staff. They were lovely and polite, helped me as much as they could! The pharmacists, however, are rude. They don’t like when you ask questions and treat you more like an annoyance than anything else. Feel free to shop here and get a check up, but you might want to pick up your meds somewhere else!

I received a notification at 1:30 that my photo order was ready for pick-up. I was unable to arrive until 4. When I arrived I saw that the pictures were still in the kiosk. I had about 200. They were all drastically bent. I understand that it was a big order, but that should not have happened. In addition, the QR code was not on the order and the cashier and I had to go through each picture. The code was never found. We then got help from a supervisor who was able to put it the photos so that I could pay, but even that took a while. If I was the cashier/supervisor I would have done my absolute best to offer a discounted price for the damaged photos. I appreciate their kindness through the whole process, but I will not be printing photos from this cvs again.
