Great store. The employees care about you getting the right fit for your foot. Very helpful and patient. I had recently had surgery for a total ankle replacement and I needed a shoe with support yet not too stiff on my heel. We found the perfect shoe with a perfect fit. i am pleased with the entire experience.

This is my husband’s go-to store for his walking shoes. We have trails behind our subdivision and he tries to walk after every meal.

I recently began experiencing foot issues, so I popped in for Oofos flip flops. I was lucky that the pair that I chose happen to be on sale on the manufacturer’s website so Fleet feet was kind enough to match the price. I came back a few days later, and I was completely uncomfortable about a little mix up in the store regarding the second pair of Oofos & the price, Kristin jumped into action and took amazing care of me
and she turned it all around and made me feel so much better. I figured while I was in the store, I may as well upgrade my walking shoes just like my husband recently did. So she did the foot scan and explained what my feet need as far as proper sneakers. I went with the Hoka Bondi & they are so comfortable!
I will definitely be coming back because of Kristin’s outstanding care & I plan on sharing my experience with my neighbors in DAVIDSON.

Definitely worth the trip! The personal attention and customer service we received for our custom issues was above and beyond our expectations. Melissa and Tyler are great and we are feeling so much better wearing proper shoes for indoor and outside :)

So 35 day’s ago I bought some shoes new balance and they were not good at all worst experience ever with the shoes so I brought them back because they have a policy return or exchange within 60 days no problem I had the best experience return them no questions asked. I am going to try them HOKA and see if they going to work.

I was genuinely impressed with the store's extensive collection of shoes. From athletic footwear to every running accessory I could possibly need. They cater to various tastes and preferences as they understand that every customer is different than the other. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, providing helpful suggestions based on my requirements. I found a comfortable pair of running socks that have made a noticeable difference in my workouts. The store's layout is spacious, making it easy to navigate and find the desired styles. Shout out to Lexi for making the decision easy for me and to the store owners and manager for making this store a special place.

Needed track shoes for my son. Nick listened to our needs and provided us with quite a few options. He was patient as we worked through all of the choices and provided us with a great shoe/experience. Store is full of options you won’t find anywhere else.

Went into Fleet Feet yesterday for the first time. The environment is pleasant and easy to shop. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and patient. They take the time to educate you on your options and even though there are other customers waiting you never feel rushed. There selection is varied. I will definitely be back!

What an incredible experience. I was intimidated to go to a place like this as I am far from what you would call athletic. However, I was desperate to find something to help my aching feet and knees after being on them all day working as a caregiver. Ethan was so friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. They scan your feet and watch you walk. After going over the results of the scan, Ethan recommended several pairs of shoes best for my foot type. I never would have landed on the pair I did without his help. Never once did he make me feel uncomfortable or like I didn’t belong. He listened to my needs and helped me find the best fit for my feet and lifestyle. Now, my feet are no longer killing me at the end of a long shift. I’ve even started to enjoy walking my dog again. Seriously, go to Fleet Feet and get fitted for your perfect shoe. You won’t regret it.

The return I made was easy and convenient, no questions asked. I was refitted, added an insert that made all the difference. Employee was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. The customer service makes it worth every penny!

This is a great place to get shoes. The staff is very knowledgeable, they have a scanner that makes a 3-D model of your foot in a few seconds, and can then size your foot properly with the right amount of cushioning, width, etc. they also carry a good inventory of running gear.

I recently purchased a pair of Hoka tennis shoes at Fleet Feet in Huntersville. They do a scan of your feet in order to select a shoe that meets your personal needs. I felt like Tyler explained thoroughly which shoes could serve me best. This was my best shoe experience ever!!! I highly recommend Fleet Feet and all of their team!!!

Great customer service!! Very helpful finding shoes for my 10 wide foot. Not Allways easy to find in women shoes. I love the Hoka and the Brooks. On my feet all day and a good shoe is very important!!

This was my first time getting a fitting and getting actual running shoes instead of any style from a athletic brand. The service was quick but also really knowledgeable on the recommendations. I came on a Saturday which I expected it to be busy but I didn’t wait very long until I was helped. Lexi brought a good amount of styles to try on and was patient while I couldn’t make a decision quick. At no point did I feel like I needed to make a purchase or was a sell being force on me either. I will definitely be back for any other equipment I will need! Their return policy is also great because there can be times where it’ll feel great in store but it’ll be different once getting on the path or running course you normally take.

Finally broke down and purchased a high quality shoe. I worked with Matt to get my feet scanned to help determine what shoe was best for my training needs. He listened to what I was looking for and immediate started to get me in the right shoe. I tried several options, narrowed it down to a couple options and landed on some Hoka’s. I’ve always shopped for bargain brand shoes, and it’s catching up with me in my joints. These shoes feel like I’m floating on clouds while running. I highly recommend going to work with an associate at Fleet Feet. They all seem very knowledgeable, and will get you in the right shoe for your needs. They are extremely helpful and courteous. I spent a good 30 minutes weighing my options and doing some quick sprints. I am happy with my purchase and extremely pleased with the level of customer service I experienced! Cheers!

I recently work with Matt and he was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable about the shoes and based on my feet, helped me find the perfect shoe. I ended up going with the On Cloud Swift, which wasn’t even a shoe I had considered simply because I wasn’t familiar with the shoe. They had to order the shoes and would call once they came in. Matt called me yesterday and said the shoes had come in and took my payment over the phone. He said they would be shipped out that night and would arrive towards the end of the week or possibly the beginning of the following week. I received another call about 20 minutes later from Matt, saying the shoes had already been shipped out and I should receive them next day by 7pm. My shoes just arrived on my doorstep less than 24 hours after paying for them. I’m so happy with my experience and will be back to see Matt when I’m looking for another pair of shoes. Go see Matt for any shoe needs!!!

This has been my go to running shoe store since they opened! The staff has always been amazing. Whether I knew exactly what I needed or not, they take the time to walk me through the different options and help me find exactly what I need. I recommend this store to everyone I know!
