great service! went in to see about upgrading our phones and ended up leaving with new phones and the customer service was great. Both guys who were there when we went in (1/21) were great! We were there longer than expected but it was a smooth transfer. thank you for the great service!

We've always had good service here since we switched from Verizon earlier this year. But this review is specifically to thank Robert, who really went the extra mile for us recently when a lost phone constituted a family emergency. He resolved our issue for us quickly, professionally, and in our interest, and we truly appreciate it.

I was a bit hesitant when I initially entered the establishment; however, it turned out to be a great experience. Staff was friendly and took the time to explain the differences between the iPhones and our current bill. I also noticed they had bilangual staff on duty to ensure everyone could make informed decisions. I would definitely return to this store location.

This store has hands down some of the best employees and the best manager of any phone store I have ever dealt with. John Bolton stood there with me for a 3 and a 1/2 hour back and forth call with technicians fixing my phone that had a 1 in a million problems that no one had ever seen. I greatly appreciate all their help and his doggedness in finding a solution to my problem. All while a steady stream of people came in and out.

What a blessing to me this morning at this T Mobile, Drey's knowledge and patience solid how to sign a contract in an Email for me.

Definitely my favorite T-Mobile store. I came here after leaving out of another store right after walking in another store and right out.

Reece warmly greeted me as I came in, and although tired from the long day, an hr before they closed, he was super helpful. He answered my numerous questions about a new phone (after not buying one for 4 years), the current offers, and mapping out my monthly costs. Abeni, his manager, was also super helpful in answering any questions and helping me to choose the right plan/phone for my needs. Customer service goes a long way with me, and neither of them acted like “salesman”, and it was obvious they enjoy what they do. This will be my T-Mobile store from now on!

This is a wonderful location to visit. The staff feels like family. I was greeted at the door. I got the pleasure to meet the manager beni. She needs to be in every store. I will definitely be coming back.

Mr. WII Street is The fantastic The fantastic Manager at T-Mobile He really went out of his way to assist me with my phone and my car my GPS wasn't working He figured it out. Thank you so much Will.

I always, love to talk to Jazz when I come in to pay my T-mobile bill. She always have a smile on her face.

These folks up here on Hull street & Genito are the best hands down !! Shout out to Reese & Will , Very knowledgeable & professional!!!!! Cant say so much for the others in Chester … maybe let Big Will train them!!!

The ladies here are real helpful they all have a bubbly personality and always welling to go over and beyond to make sure the customer is good. I feel everyone should go visit them.

Went there today, my husband and we each got phones. The customer service was excellent, so couldn't ask for more.
