AT&T Store

Jason was very friendly and helpful in getting us set up with new phones and a new plan. It was complicated because we are seniors and my husband wanted to get the discount for veterans. Jason was able to handle all the details with expertise and patience. Thank you, Jason for all your help!

Came in about two weeks ago and the worker, Nathanael, helped me get a new phone, new number, and a few accessories. He was so personable and patient. He made the process really easy, probably the quickest I’ve ever been in and out of an AT&T store! I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Thanks again Nathanael!

Originally went to the AT&T on North Main which was a mistake, felt like they did not know what they were doing and only cared about selling me a phone plan. However, I decided to come to this store instead and happy I went! Jason was really helpful and understanding with my situation and able to fix the problem very fast. He explained everything to me thoroughly and did not make me feel lost. Highly recommend coming here!

I went into the N.Davis Rd store where I met Jason who was very professional, polite and knowledgeable as well as Cristina. He helped me upgrade my phone and my bundled services. I went back in to upgrade my husband’s phone where we met Nick who was just as polite and knowledgeable. If anyone is looking to update services or upgrade your phone please go see either Jason, Nick or Cristina they won’t disappoint 🙂

I was in the market for a new iPhone upgrade initially I went to the north main AT&T and when I arrived, I told the gentlemen what I wanted and it seemed like he didn’t want to sell me a phone, perhaps because I got there a hour before closing. Right away I felt the bad vibes. The following day I went into the North Davis location and what a big difference. Right when I walked in I was greeted with employees that made me feel real comfortable. Honestly there were three awesome employees that helped me out big time. Want to start off by saying Jenny was astonishing when it came down to deciding what phone was right for me, she was on it. Nick was also really helpful and made the process smooth with no hassle. Lastly the manager Jason helped out a lot when it came down to all questions I had. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his employees. I would recommend this location if your looking for a new phone or upgrade. Appreciate you guys!

My wife and I came into the store an hour before closing. Nick was busy with a group of customers and politely asked us to wait for and he will service us regardless of the tome. We stayed and Nick worked with us and got my wife’s phone taken care of. Great service Nick! Thank you very much.

I had a great customer service experience. Leon patiently listened and fixed a problem that was not solved over the phone after 3 attempts. Will come back!

I came in without an appointment and was attended to promptly by Jason. He fixed my charging issue and answered all my questions precisely.

I had a great experience at this store. My mom and grandmother both needed to upgrade their phones and we were having trouble so Leon and Carol spent over an hour with us making sure that we were completely set up before leaving the store. I will be coming back to this store in the future.
