Absolutely love this location! The staff is helpful and welcoming! They regularly help me find my favorite items in the whole world to buy! They helped me reignite my love for my favorite band as a child - The Streets. Evan, Finora, and Maya rock and roll!! Give them raises!! They deserve millions of bucks.

Decent, but weird shaped location. Usually has what you want or need, except for Apple products. This location isn't too fond of people with big bags in the store. The Fairlawn location also has this problem, but the people here are nicer about this to the point where I'm not going to dock their ratings over it. I wouldn't be surprised if a bunch of KSU students showed up here since it's within walking distance of the campus.

This store has a lot of neat things to look at. I found a ton of movies and video games, including some CIB vectrex games. Definitely will be back.

I’ve been going here for awhile now. Very nice employees. They know what their asked, if not another employee does. Good place to go, you never know what you’ll see!!

Great vibes, cool cats. Decent selection of your typical media, video games, blu ray and even some vinyl. Moderately priced items for sale. Wouldn't really recommend trading in older movies games as the value isn't much these days. That of course is to be expected. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the Kent area 😀

My favorite store of all time. Most stuff is pretty cheap in price. Few things that are high priced. They have games for loads of systems even older games. Posters. Collectibles. Movies/Tv show series (dvd, blu-ray, VHS). Controllers for few different consoles. Cords for consoles. Records. Comics. Music cd’s. They have new and used items. Some consoles for sale. They sometimes have pins and keychains. If something doesn’t work they’ll replace it with ones that do if they have others of the item. If not they refund your money or give you store credit. Staffs always helpful, informative, kind, and even funny. Always clean.

This is the best of the best of the Exchange stores. They never have let me down on the random stuff I want. It’s almost magical, Godlike. I’m serious. The guys who work at this location are ALSO amazing. I send every human I know who is looking for something to the Kent store. It’s like the universal storehouse of all media that is desired by anyone. LOL ! Love you guys!

The Exchange is by far my favorite place to shop for technology wether it be old or new. The staff is friendly and have proved to me that unlike most Gamestop's they are actual nerds and I enjoy engaging in conversation with them. To add on to this one day I was short a dollar for a game i wanted to buy and one of the workers paid for the tax i was so happy that day. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I totally would.

Friendly and knowledgeable employees, good selection of new and used games from current consoles to most retro consoles. Good selection of movies on Blu-ray DVD and VHS. Overall great place.

the exchange aka game exchange is a great place to buy games movies songs for a low price and also sell your items, and the people who work there are the nicest ever i really hope you go check it out it is amazing trust me :)

I frequent this place, and I've never had any problems with anyone here. They order me stuff all the time and I VERY RARELY ever leave empty handed.

Had a series x in stock and helped me pick up some gameboy games. Really appreciated the staff today. Ill be back.

A large stock of old games, videos, vinyls, music, collectibles. Can be a bit expensive on some things they sell, but over all not a bad place. Shoots GameStop out of the water.
