Jacob is very patient, calm, and helpful. He helped me figure out sizing, exact placement, and design and made sure I was happy with it before tattooing. He was a relaxed calming presence throughout. The tattoo came out beautifully like I had pictured. I am very satisfied and grateful for the excellent service!

Over the last year I’ve been going to Rachel for different piercing ideas that come to mind. She has always been so accommodating and understanding of what I’m looking for. She talked me through what they were doing and made sure I felt comfortable during the piercing. Overall, Rachel is my go to for all things piercing.

i had a great experience! the person at the desk who did my paperwork was extremely friendly and the person who did my piercings was absolutely wonderful. so sweet! they went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable and constantly checked in on me. unfortunately the piercing on my right nipple ended up crooked, but i personally don't mind and it's not enough to detract from my rating. accidents happen! excellent atmosphere and fantastic staff.

So so happy with my tattoos. Joe is the best. He is so patient with me. He did this tiny bat and redid a butterfly on my wrist.

Taylor at the Lakewood location tattooed my daughter and I today. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was my daughter's first tattoo, and Taylor took great care in walking her through everything. The tattoos turned out awesome and I rebooked with her for more work soon! Thanks again!

Loved it! Great service, very cute plants and decor the atmosphere was welcoming. Got my tattoo cleanly and safely, the artists were very considerate asked if I needed breaks and gave me water. Properly scaped fish tank in the front desk and wonderful service.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience while getting matching tattoos with my family. Arwen is an absolute gem and is very professional about the entire process. Plus, when interacting with the other workers, everyone was very nice and helpful when we had questions. 10/10 will absolutely be going back to get more tattoos from Arwen.

Very friendly staff. Trinity was so awesome piercing my ears, very considerate and attentive to my needs. Great quality jewelry too, and very reasonable prices. Would go back.

I got lucky enough to meet Kyler at their flash sale and have since been going to them for multiple tattoos! I've always had a great experience with them. They are very comforting, informative and listen and talk you through things! They always make it a great experience getting tattooed. They're super chill to vibe with while getting some sick ink!

Maddy is amazing. She did both my boyfriend and I’s first tattoos in April and they both turned out exactly how we wanted. We came back today to get more and she was super sweet again and understanding of our schedules when booking. She made us both comfortable each time and was super welcoming. She is very talented and I highly recommend her :)

My fave place for ink! Recently had grandma/mom/daughter tattoos done, and David was amazing! My 80 year old mom and 17 year old daughter got their first tattoos, and both had a great experience. Definitely recommend War Horse—clean and inviting, people are friendly and everyone seems to love what they’re doing.

I’ve been to this Warhorse location plenty of times. I’ve gotten 8 of my 10 tattoos done by Maddy and every time I go there, it’s to see her. She’s a light handed artist who does amazing line work. Not only that but she, and everyone else, make me feel safe and welcome every time I’m there! I attached some of the photos of art she did, apologies if they’re blurry :)

I had JTdo one new and touch up on a second tattoo. The new one looks great and the touch up looks better than when I originally had it done. Would recommend to anyone if asked. Great job JT!! Much appreciated.

Went to the Lakewood and Streetsboro store and had Eric tattoo me twice and I will only go to WarHorse ink. They are so professional and know what they are doing. Couldn’t be happier with how they turned out.
