I’m a person with a disability from seattle visited Asheville last week and my mobility scooter broke down and I thought it needed a fuse to start. We stopped by your location and talked to Victoria. OMG I was impressed by her kindness, knowledge, care and high quality of service. She helped me figure out what was wrong with my scooter and I left happy back home. She’s really a great employee and doesn’t only deserve 5 stars. She deserves the whole galaxy. I recommend this location to anyone who’s looking for professionalism and care. Amazing people

I came in for a burnt head light. The young lady ( Victoria?) behind the counter offered to install it. After I agreed she offered to change both of them! Way to go!!!

I want to say the Mills River, NC store has a grade A employee working for them by the name of Chuck. This gentleman went above and beyond to help me and ensure I received exemplary customer service. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I can’t say enough about the outstanding service I received from Chuck! Thank you so much for all your help!

I experienced extremely good customer service this morning from Victoria. She helped me trouble shoot a problem I'm having with my tractor. The problem hasn't been solved yet, however she steered me in the right direction.

Very helpful employee and the new-ish conveniently located. My first shopping visit, but I'm sure I'll be returning as needed.

Went to O’Reilly’s Auto Parts on Rt 280 and when Chuck came out to check the part on my van, he resolved the problem (loose connection) without installing a replacement, plus gave a very knowledgeable and helpful explanation. *That* is great customer service! I’ll be back!

Bought battery and had it installed, young lady took care of everything efficiently.
