Chris from All About Septic was wonderful! He came out on a Sunday and pumped my septic tank when it was backing up into the basement shower. He and his assistant were kind, patient with my questions, and they did a great job. I recommend them to anyone that needs help with their septic tank.

Excellent service. They were responsive and were able to get out to our house within an hour when we had an emergency septic situation. Other companies in the area were unable to accommodate an emergency. Great communication. They called me when they were on site and let me know what was going on. Will absolutely use this company again for septic services and probably for other things too like HVAC. Highly recommend!

Logan arrived on time, was courteous and professional and took his time to explain how the septic system worked and what was best to do for it. I found out more about septic tanks and lines than I ever thought I could learn. I was so impressed by his knowledge and professionalism I asked him to schedule another appointment to take care of the lines and the septic field. I have been worried about having that work done for quite a while and couldn't find a contractor that I trusted. I have now. highly recommended!

Scheduling was easy at they were at my house 10 minutes after my call. The techs on sight were very friendly and talked me through some maintenance tips as this is my first house with septic. The work area stayed clean the entire time and you didn't even notice they had been there once they left. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend to anyone needing routine or emergency pumping/repairs!

Spectacular. Connor and Allen are both great. We had a backup happen in our septic drain in utility room one evening and they returned our voicemail shortly after and offered to come out next day. They were there at 11am and promptly pumped our full septic and were wrapped up in well under 2 hours. They were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. Not sure it’s the absolute cheapest labor on the market, but for something you need only every couple years, it’s good to be in good hands. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. These guys took an urgent call on New Year's Day later in the afternoon, scheduled us for first thing the next morning and by 11:00 am they had pumped and repaired our septic system. Later they even raked, seeded and put down straw where they had disturbed our yard. The young men who did the job were polite, quite knowledgeable and fast as lightening. Great experience. Would recommend these folks anytime.

Wow , three guys came out a few hours after I called and determined what was wrong with my septic drain field. We scheduled an appointment for them to come back to do some additional work. They were always on time , knowledgeable , professional and quoted me a price before doing the job. Their service is second to none and I will definitely call them for any future work if needed.

We have had All About Septic to our house a number of times, all very positive. This time, however, was above and beyond! In talking with Kris, we decided to have them pump out another tank that was not on the schedule for the day but he said would have time to take care of it before another appointment. Luckily they did it for us and found a potentially dangerous situation that was corrected immediately. Thank you Kris and Alexander! You are much appreciated!

Had to have original sewer lines from the house dug out. They did it in less than 2 days. Left it very clean. Impressed with professionalism.

Quick excellent service. I got my leach field hydro jetted today. They cleared a lot of roots and junk. We will find out in a few weeks if it works good. Definitely recommend.

Tim, the senior technician, is very trustworthy and helpful, and was knowledgeable about our septic issue. He and his crew showed up on time and fixed our system. There was an error in the bill, and Russell, the septic division manager, promptly corrected it and refunded the difference within minutes. I highly recommend these folks.

We had a very hard and trying time when we found out we had to have a pump system put in. Delays after delays mostly due to inspector and regulations. Through it all these guys were super! They explained everything step by step and did everything thing they could to make it as painless as possible. Very helpful and understanding. Excellent work from start to finish! Eli and his crew were fantastic, he diagnosed the problem quickly. Came back in few days, started early had it repaired and had the inspectors in and out before before 1:00. They were efficient, organized and fast and at the price quoted. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Quick same day service (1st call for service around 11 am. The truck arrived by 430pm. Quick fix (thankfully). Reasonable price. Pleasant employee who arrived to complete the work.

To start, the lady who answered the phone was super nice and helpful. I wish I knew her name so I could recognize her specifically. She set up an appointment and when the day came, the service tech called in advance and asked if he could come over earlier which was fantastic for me. The fist tech that arrived was Ethan and another supporting tech named Brandon arrived almost immediately after. The were very professional and helpful. Ethan identified the problem right away and told me that it was an easy fix that I could do myself and offered to walk me through it. I still went ahead and had my septic tank pumped but that was my decision. I wasn't pressured to have service done if I didn't not desire.
While the job was being done, both techs answered my questions and provided me with information on preventive maintenance. An estimate was provided before the job was started and the agreement was fulfilled satisfactorily. I recommend this business and will use them again if needed.
