Thank you, jesus, for him on helping me put this big box 📦 inside our truck.. and they have PO boxes for rent. we actually have one there, we❤it... all who work there are so extremely nice...👍🏻 thank y'all for always being so nice ...

This is by far the best and most professional staffed UPS store I have experienced. It is obvious the staff here works as a team and are knowledgeable in the services they provide. They have made flyers, zoomed and laminated documents for me. Not to mention the help with my multiple Amazon returns they do so patiently. They are opened 7 days a week and Holidays may be an exception. Though I could go to another UPS store for services, I choose to come to this one for the outstanding customer service they provide.

Excellent service and product. I had a presentation printed and the owner advised me on the best way to order the product that produced the best product for the best price. Will start using them for all by business and personal printing/mailing needs. Highly recommend.

Love printing here!!!! I live in Bastrop and make the drive to this location because of there beautiful and bright printing. I get my prints here for my cakes and their paper quality is exceptional. Definitely my go-to for my business. Also customer service is great! Thank you UPS Elgin.

Brian gave amazing service today! I walked in with a pdf and walked out with a box of beautiful wall calendars 45 minutes later. I struggled to find a suitable printer for weeks and was just about to give up when I thought of the UPS store. I’m so glad I gave them a chance!

Brian takes the time to get your order right, He makes sure the details are right to make your printing and copying professional. Every time I go, he takes what I give him and he improves it. He does what no other copy and printing company has ever done.

I had to get 110 memorial booklets for a family funeral… Brian and the crew went above and beyond, helping me with formatting and high quality printing. 24hr turnaround. It was exactly what we needed and the service was top notch.

Awesome guy working there helped me out. I forgot to put one piece of paper in some thing I mailed, I called he pulled it out, so I could return, and he fixed my mistake for me. So friendly and helpful. Every time I come in, I am helped quickly. A few weeks ago I was trying to return a lift chair ordered through Amazon and Amazon sent me a return label for way less weight and just one label when their were two boxes. The employees and owner tried to help as much as possible even though it was not there problem. Thank you ❤

This location is amazing. While Family owned and operated they are bound by corporate rules still. Don’t give them hell for having to abide by these rules.

In my experience they have gone above and beyond to help me get my packages and returns sent.

The owners/staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. They always greet me when I walk through the door and always offer great suggestions for shipping.

I'm glad that this location opened up in Elgin - used to drive all the way into Elgin for my Amazon returns but now, they're conveniently handled 5 mins away!

In addition, the staff is always very helpful and willing to help you with all packages - be they simple Amazon returns or not.

I was moving this last weekend and had gone in to inquire about moving boxes - needless to say, super expensive (but I doubt they're cheaper elsewhere) so i elected to but them online. However, while I was there, the store manager (Brian) offered to set aside some used leftover boxes and give them to me free of charge to help with my move - which was entirely unexpected but much appreciated as I run out of boxes the day before!

Ultimately, I think this is a great addition to the local community and I will definitely be coming back again!

This business is a family owned and operated franchise. The staff is very helpful and works with each customer to give them the service they need. They are also polite and respectful to each customer.
