I freaking love this place, this Michael's location is definitely my favorite. They're well stocked and everyone is super friendly. I do wish they stocked polyester shirts for sublimation more often but other than that this Michael's is awesome!

When you walk in the store looks great. Once in even better. The shelf arr well stocked. The reps are available for questions and are offer advise.

This location was a nice surprise. I've never been to this one before as there are others closer to my home. This one was well stocked and the restroom was clean and everything was in working order. The other locations I go to have filthy restrooms in disrepair.

The new self check out station is really convenient. My wife saw that the Halloween decor was back in stock so we spent our Sunday morning searching for new fall decorations. Friendly and helpful staff.

It’s a cool store to visit i enjoy it … I’m always there for the 50% or 60% coupon…I don’t know what the previous reviews are talking about because when I go I always get plenty of help when needed...It’s probably just cranky impatient people that can’t wait their turn when there already assisting others and need to have service right away cause the world revolves around them ... plus I also take my daughter and niece to their classes and their staff is really friendly and the kids enjoy it ...

Always a great store to shop at, so much variety including home goods. It was crowded, but the lines moved very quicky.

This Michaels had everything I needed. The Costa Mesa Store happened to be closed down for whatever reason. I drove up and the doors are blacked out and they have a sign that says

Very good spring sales and these carts are like the ones at IKEA but they have more color variety

The staff in the framing department went above and beyond when they couldn’t find the canvas that I had ordered for Mothers Day. There was an issue with the items being shipped at the wrong place and they got the deliveries mixed up but Jennifer was the sweetest and didn’t give up without checking all of the delivery boxes until she finally found it. She refunded my order and also gave me a complimentary frame of my choice. My mom loved the surprise! Thank you so much Jennifer! You made my day!

I went to this location for the first time, it was not overcrowded like other Michaels. I found everything that I wanted and employees were great. Thank you 🙏
