AT&T Store

Jose Ortiz helped me trade in an a phone today and it took less than 5 minutes. He was very efficient and friendly. Overall made the entire process very smooth. In general, I’ve had great experiences with the employees and manager at this store.

i went in there to do an upgrade with my mom and they were very knowledgeable and helpful on helping her pick a phone she actually wanted and she was also able to get a big discount on her phone highly recommend coming to get your phones here with Carlos he was awesome

Carlos helped me a lot . He explained my bill and told me my options to help lower my bill and give me the best experience using AT&T. Also Carlos checked how he could improve my internet speed .

Semi was amazing and helped me get my replacement phone quickly. She answered all of my questions and was so sweet and nice. ATT is lucky to have her.

At first it was stressful but it was completely my fault. It was my first time separating to my own plan but Luisa was able to cancel the order and restart the process which was pretty fast. And I left with a new phone and service.

The process was enjoyable, informative, and very efficient time wise. Semi went above and beyond to help us get the services we definitely wanted and avoid the ones we didn't need. I stopped in to discuss adding a Gophone to my account. It was very busy as you would expect, so I sat down out of the way and waited. Soon enough a gentleman walked up and ask if I had been help. 30 minutes later I had everything I needed and am happy as can be. Great place, just have to wait your turn.

Angie was super helpful and very sweet. She greeted us as soon as we walked through the door, and she helped me with getting a new phone and trading in my old one. She explained everything so well and even gave me her business card so I could contact her with any other questions or if I needed to get anything else with my purchase.

I have been going to that same store for more than 10 years, their service is very good.

When my mom decided to finally upgrade her phone, I did not hesitate to visit the same store where I purchased my iPhone 11 Pro Max over a year ago. I wrote a detailed review on Yelp! on how Mr Jose was very accommodating and gracious the entire process. He made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and set up my WiFi account as well. I am very grateful that he extended the same courtesy to my mom. Mr Jose went above and beyond in making sure that all my mom’s messages and pictures were transferred over to her new phone.
