Ross Dress for Less

I usually go looking for one item and come out with a cart full of items for the house, shoes and tins of clothes. The deals are irresistible. This is a busy store so expect some lines but they usually go fast.

I went to Ross today 11/21/22. The store was extremely busy. Wanted to purchase a watch in the jewelry section but had to make line. By the time I made line the item I wanted would have been gone. The store associate Bryan was extremely helpful he listened to my concern I was afraid someone would purchase what I wanted even though I was first to ask for help. I requested to purchase and he assisted me immediately. I explained to him the gift was for my son and would be sad because he really wanted a watch in the mens section. He was very pleasant & understanding despite he was busy! I wanted to appreciate what he did. He made my sons day & I’m grateful for his generosity. Thank you Bryan!!! As a customer it put a smile to my face and my son. I hope management sees this feedback and I will also notify corporate. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!

The lines are like 30 people on the line and there's only 2 registered open 30 min waiting

There's just too much to go through here. Surprised we got out under $300 for 5 pairs of pants, a jacket and several men's and women's shirts.

The cashier Iris helped me out today. She was super efficient and I had so much stuff and she was able to get me on my way quickly. Also she was so sweet she asked me how my day was and really put a smile on my face so I felt like I had to say something.

I had a good experience here. I found exactly what I was looking for for a good price. Thank you!

This is my first time giving five stars to this particular store. I hate crowded messy stores and this one was always like that. Whoever is in charge of this store now, is my hero. I used to avoid this location because is always crowded (which is actually good for the store) but always a huge mess even stuff all over the floor, which is something you don't want to see in a store that is across the street from Macy's and the whole south coast plaza complex. Right?
But this last visit was actually enjoyable even with my 2 year old daughter walking with me. Hopefully this improvement it's not just a covid season thing and after the pandemic turns intova mess again.
I know it's not just the management's fault but also messy costumers.

We furnished our apartment with a few things from here. It's a great place to start because the prices are awesome. They don't always have exactly what you need but when they do it's awesome! That's part of the fun!

They went above and beyond with what I was looking for. Would totally return to this Ross thanks a lot guys. :-)

Very crowded and a long line too. But dont be afraid 10m is all it took and I got in the line near the back of the store. So, yes the deals are worth the wait!

I loveee coming here. I can't leave empty handed, too much good stuff at veryy good prices. Literally. I enjoy the staff here,everyone is helpful. The managers are always busy but always find a way to help out their guests. Such as Jose and every employee at this store.Anyways, I highly recommend visiting Ross in this location!

I was looking for a pair of dress shoes on my lunch break as I am back on the job market and had limited time. Luckily I found exactly the pair I was seeking in my size at first glance and they were on clearance, woot woot! Line was not too long but it appeared that the customer in front of me felt as she was being rushed as the cashier called me next (sorry lady, some of us are not retired nor off from work)

Top name brands from adidas, puma, levis, under armour and echo etc all the way to cool upcoming grass roots brands working their way through the doors all fashionably awesome to compliment any style for anyone looking for something cool and swanky without breaking the piggy bank. The employees at the front checking you out with a smile super friendly and personable too.👍 Thumbs up Ross for hooking me up w all my threads over the years to enhance my ever so growing wardrobe of fun!😁🕺✨🎶

Always a good experience at Ross you will always find a name brand clothing shoes at a discounted price just have to make sure to check them thoroughly because they are a lot of them irregular so you have to find out the stuff that's not really that well or good so when you actually go home you're not you don't have to come back and return it because you don't like it and a lot of the times the wraps take it upon themselves to make it hard for you to return things.

Ross is always a great bargain, but when you head down to Costa Mesa area, selection is so much larger. Well stocked, well staffed, a pleasant experience.

Our families love the prices as well as the selection and variety of clothes and whatever else we might need for gifts
or anything else we might need for our home. Do yourself a favor and go shopping at Ross for less.

This by far the best Ross store I have visited. They have so much stuff to find here. When I say find that is what I literally mean. It's because there is so much to look through. If you have enough patience then you will leave with something. They have alot of name brand items for low prices but since recently they seem to jack the price up a little bit. Nevertheless deals are still all over the store. Sometimes the wait in line to pay can be frustrating because everybody and their mom is here buying stuff. I mean I seen them selling Gucci and Movado watches here. But if you are buying those items you probably not shopping here for them. But they are authentic and real. They range from garden supplies to bed linens. To beach shorts. They also have crazy hours here opening til as late as 11:30pm zikes. I gotta say this one even is better than the one in Las Vegas which has 3 floors of stuff which you can not argue is a huge store. I will return for more.

This place is great for bargain hunters. Most of the products here are very ugly but you will always find something you like and you will never leave empty handed.
