I love to buy fresh veggies at United. I'm never disappointed in their freshness and taste. Today I bought fresh Kale and some amazing strawberries. The reward points are great for discounted gas as well.

This has been a generational store. My whole family go to this store on a regular basis. Prices are reasonable and competitive. Its always clean and organized. So once you learn the layout its easy to just run in and get what you want, and get out relatively quickly.

Store was clean and well stocked. I was lucky enough to come in during inventory, from personal experience a time I know to be stressful and chaotic for retail staff and management. Store personnel didn't let it bother them in the least. Everyone from the guy pushing carts as I entered the store to my cashier and the young man taking my groceries out made me feel welcome and appreciated.

Always helpful and friendly. Store is always clean and staff are polite. Managers follow through if you have a complaint or an issue. Offers the flu shot and a discount on your groceries if you get your flu shot there.

This is my favorite shopping place when I am in Lubbock. Always clean and very helpful and friendly staff. The cafeteria serves great food at reasonable prices. Love the pharmacy and their staff. Would definitely refer friends and family. Wish our local United was half as clean and friendly. In my local store you have to always be aware of the expiration dates on everything from canned goods, frozen foods and especially the meat market. I would only send someone there if there were not another choice and unfortunately, they are our only grocery store. I would only rate my local store at one star!

I just went to the United on 50th and Q to look for Signature brand Watermelon strawberry flavored water. Yay! They had some! Market Street on 19th is always out, always.

Nothing but the best people the manger took our groceries out and was so nice n helpful the time was 420 pm so just tell him he's doing a awesome job

Awesome customer service. Staff is always friendly and eager to help. Management maintains adequate registers open to accommodation customers. Store is clean and isles are not cluttered.

Always a five help u find things a gentleman in the meat dept not only gave me his need brisket but taught me how to cut it. My mom and grandmother and aunts all knew. Only I missed the boat .now where r u going and get help like that? And he didn't even laugh.

I get five stars to United Supermarket that's been my number one, I like to say thank you because you bring me my pills to my house and I want everyone to know that especially when it's real cold outside may God bless all the employees at United take.

It’s almost always stocked and I like the new self checkouts. Very clean and tidy.
