Safeway

I typically try to avoid this Safeway for one too many reasons but tonight Sir Matthew changed my mind about this location. Kindest and most thoughtful person! He helped me while I was checking out & did more than asked for just to make sure I was taken care of.

I love how every order is processed with so much care! The staff are super nice and go above and beyond to help, a big shout out to Sabrina and Christian. 10/10 definitely recommend!

This store is looking more & more fabulous each time I come in (they're clearly renovating/bringing in new & better products).
I was pleasantly surprised by all of the local products, like this, which smells like HEAVEN!

I left my Mom's debit card in the ATM machine by accident, and a customer gave it to the front desk! I was freaking out so bad because I really lost my Mom's card. I don't know who the Customer is but I want to give you the biggest thank you for turning it in to the front desk." Not to many people will do that! I also want to thank the front desk for holding the card for me." Keep up the good work! You saved my life, didn't want my Mom to kill me!

Store and neighborhood has changed a lot from 5 years ago. For the better! Store is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Love getting deals Thur the app! Still amazes me, how different it was 5 even 4 years ago. Lots of hard work! Good job.

This store has a unique local flavor rather than corporate-wide features. For example, each aisle is named after surrounding neighborhood streets, such as Krameria, Kearney, Ivy,, Ivanhoe, etc

It's an interesting feature I've never seen in a large grocery store. I applaud the folks who implemented this unique feature.

I reported that I lost my wallet from the parking lot or in the store to Maureen at the Customer Service Counter. I was quite upset and Maureen was kind and was very understanding of my loss and at that time, nothing was turned in. A few hours later I received an email regarding a lost wallet at the Mayfair Safeway. I called and went back to the store to identify my lost items. Maureen was at the counter and said that my ID cards and credit cards were turned in. She went above and beyond and through my ID contents, she was able to contact AARP and requested if they could contact me by sending an email message, which they did! I am grateful for Maureen's conscientious and caring Customer Service. Thank You...ST

For the time at night I went to this Safeway it was a quick in and out. Not busy at all.

Took someone to use the ATM inside which gave us some problems. A store employee came over when she noticed our frustration. Even though the store really has nothing to do with the ATM, she went above and beyond to get their phone number for us. MUCH APPRECIATED 👍

I have a Safeway walking distance of where I live that I don't even drive by it. I had a choice between this Safeway and the King Soopers directly across the street. Well, I chose Safeway. I was so clean and organized, I was amazed and glad that I went there. It was awesome!

This Safeway was clean and very well stocked however missing just a few of the items that are like super sales. Also I give this Safeway a number one to be one as in fantastic or some people might say 10 as in fantastic but number one is better than 10 from my point of view. The manager and the cashier the manager I think her name was Sharia Sharon something Sherry maybe she helped me wonderfully. I didn't really understand how to get my coupons in and to make sure that I had them and she took the time at the Rochester no less and took over for the gentleman and he stepped to the side because no one was upset about me trying to figure it out and so I also had to bring back a cantaloupe however this store is is highly rated as far as I'm concerned

Wonderful Safeway store. Been going here for years. They even made me the most beautiful wedding cake last summer when I got married. Great helpful staff too.

Happy that I went shopping here then at King Soopers the value of customer service is positively worth five stars there was a person cleaning and waxing the floors of the clean machine in the floors were very clean I like this place better than King Soopers because they had cards available they had more associates willing to help unable to answer questions and find things.
They also have sales and the prices are about the same so yes milk might be a little higher but it's a little better the quality of coming to shop and save at Safeway is worth the extra trip .
I don't think I need to go to King Soopers anymore

Great store. One of the best produce sections of any local grocer. Excellent selection of international food items and condiments. Always very clean, well organized and well stocked.
