Rite Aid

I do not know how to tell Google, but Rite Aid is marvelous.
I especially like the store on Culver in Irvine, CA. Employees were extremely knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. Cashier offered to help take purchases to my car and combined them so I could easily manage. Clean. Reasonable prices.

I love this location, it’s always a great experience. David was so incredibly helpful today. He could tell I wasn’t having the best day and he went above and beyond to help me. I felt so welcomed and it truly turned my day around. It’s so hard to find kind people these days it feels like. Thank you David for being so kind!!

Great and Fast Service! They have very nice staff and their service is pretty fast. The store small but very clean and organized. Everything is easy to find. If you have a Rite Aid reward card, you can receive several different discounts for on a lot of over-counter products. Rite Aid’s products are also high quality and reasonable in price.

I am very pleased with Arun’s customer service (and his team). I was a picky client, in need of a specific seasonal item I had purchased at a different location, that went missing. I wanted everything to match again, so I drove to 4 different locations looking for my missing pieces. Arun was very kind to check the stock room, and advised me to call other locations in cities nearby. I could tell he genuinely cared to assist me, even if I were not in line to purchase something from his store.

This store is neat, clean, and provide great customer service.

I had previously given this RiteAid a 1 star review because of being slow but I feel like over the course of the last 5 years this place has transformed for the better.
Cashiers are friendly and on top of things now and gone are the days when it used to talk half an hour to check out.
The pharmacy is convenient and the store is well stocked.

In this location there are amazon lockers inside the Rite aid which is so convenience you just go inside scan your barcode the locker opens and you take your boxes.

Excellent customer service. This place is very busy and Dat Tran helps run a very good shop. Have a nice attitude if there's a line because all the workers are hustling to try to keep up. Great and painless vaccinations (get your Shingles vacc here!). They really work hard for you!

Great customer service! If I could rate more than 5 stars I definitely would. I never write reviews but when I went to this Rite-Aid there was a very nice man by the name Cesar who greeted my family and I as we walked in. He was a very friendly and helpful cashier, always had a smile and made sure our experience at this rite aid went well, above and beyond. Thank you for taking care of your customers, we will definitely shop at this rite aid more often.

I absolutely LOVE the 2 pharmacists: Jen & Dr Tran. They save my parents money. They are spot on with medical advice.

This is my favorite Rite Aid because of how nice everyone at the store is! I always love stopping by for everything that I need. Whenever I have anything where I might've overlooked a deal and Arun's there, he always suggests a better deal. Hope everyone is doing well and staying safe during the outbreak!

Our long-time drug store in University Park Village just had a make-over, but luckily, you can still find Thrifty Ice Cream there. And, it is open 24 hours, so if you have a medical emergency and need something in the middle of the night, Rite Aid is open. When we celebrated our 50 year Village Anniversary, Rite Aid helped us out so we could serve 10 cent ice cream cones to everyone who came. We are so fortunate to have had them with us for 50 years. I encourage everyone to shop here before you go on line.

Great customer service at this location, better than the competition near by. I recommend this store to get any necessities that you need. Products are always stocked and the store is always clean.

Dat, the Pharmacist, is awesome. Quick w answers. Always knowledgeable. She helped my family with Covid vaccinations. Thank you, Dat!
