King Soopers

I go to King Soopers. They have everything I need and everything I want. It very convenient and close drive. People are very friendly and nice. Yes, you have to wait in line, but you get what line to wait in other places. So what's the difference. Wherever you go you have to wait in line. So my thing is you got to have a lot of patience, patience, patience, I have that!!!!!!!!!!

One employee made the difference, and his name is Dexter! He was out pushing carts in 27° weather with a smile on his face... greeting people as they were coming in, and thanking people as they left! He is a valuable asset to your company! Promote this dude ASAP!

Bought some beautiful daisies from here they're floral department is phenomenal and I enjoy all the different deals that come here at Krogers AKA King Soopers the customer service is amazing I enjoy all the Kroger products it is a One-Stop shop for everything and you just can't beat the deals love the deli department with all the meats and cheeses read along with all the fresh-made subs sandwiches 🥪 there is never really a Wait in line and there is always carts and hand baskets available. They have armed guards for your safety so you can feel safe shopping at King Soopers. You never know what to expect so it is always very good to have a armed guard security to protect you. Man I'm grateful for King Soopers . So yes this is a One-Stop shop for all your shopping needs and more. I suggest anybody come here to shop at King Soopers. There's always a smile waiting at the door.

The neighborhood King Soopers is one-of-a-kind. I love the diversity and am wondering if they could sell Don Chelada cups like how Walmart once did..?

The prices are good plus I get coupons mailed to me, and there's also digital coupons. They are short staffed so there's usually a line.

There are so many genuinely helpful people here that it makes it worth it to come back again and again. Thanks Loretta for your help and guidance. My family and I will always remember King Soopers because of you. This location selection of food is the best!

I have been getting King Soopers pick-up since the pandemic began and particularly from this store for about a year and half. Dean is such a hard working person, he’s always there to greet me with a smile and ask about my day when I pick up groceries. It is often him who bring me my groceries and every time I go to to the Pickup I will be greeted by people who care and that really sealed the deal for me.

No matter which King Soopers I go to, I am always amazed at what a selection is available.

This is my neighborhood grocery store I wish it would be updated like a lot of the other king soopers in the surrounding areas. We sure do need a brand new one. People say this location is totally getto...

I always have a good shopping experience at the Peoria King Soopers.I am in and out of there quickly because the courtesy clerks and other staff are so helpful. If the lines are packed, invariably there is staff there to help expedite my purchase. The friendly attitude of the employees there always helps to make shopping there a pleasure. The great bargains there coupled with the kind and courteous staff makes shopping there a quality experience overall.

Great produce choices, deals, freshness.

Always I mean always a bad homeless problem there. I fear for my safety and the safety of others when you go to this store or even enter the parking lot. The staff is pretty friendly. Shout out to the deli team and the management staff! You kick butt back there and i see your pride and hard work everytime I'm shopping . The five stars are for all the employees there

Not that clean. Usually garbage and carts all over the parking lot (that's everyone else's fault). The employees are not helpful and many checkers have thrown my produce so I only do self checkout. Minimal health food options. However! There are always good sales. I go here a lot but I don't like it.

I would like to take this time to recognize one of your employees for outstanding performances in the deli. The young lady named Judith assisted me with excellent service. She's very clean and she washes her hands consistently and me being a regular costumer purchasing chicken she new exactly what i wanted. And I would Like again to take the time and opportunity to tell her once again Thank you with her outstanding service

This store is very clean, well stocked, and great prices, have everything from beauty products to all food and seasonal items, candles, and art supplies, baby items, to buy one get one free in alot of isles. Plus on the app there are coupons that are able to clip for further savings, but you may want to navigate the app before going in the store to get familiar with how to get even more savings.

Maybe not the worlds best king soopers, but the staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is usually stocked very well for all your grocery needs.

I'd like to thank Perry who works at this store. This is a little late, but his kindness is still being talked about. On Friday the 15th of January I went in to shop. A couple men started making a loud scene and being inappropriate toward me. I was getting a little nervous and was hiding in an aisle waiting for them to pass. Perry, not knowing the situation, kindly asked if I was ok. I asked if there was someone who could walk me to my car after I checked out. I explained the story to him quickly, and he was ready to help. He waited up front for me so that I would know I was safe walking out. I had text my husband about what happened, and like Superman, he came from home to help me. I no longer needed Perry to walk me out, but I was still so grateful that he had waited and watched for me. My husband and I are both thankful for employees like Perry. Give him a raise!

I shop here at least once a week and stop in for quick pickups 1-2 times a week. Every time I shop here I find what I want at a reasonable price. The store layout is good. Most if not all employees are friendly and helpful. They can use more help during peak periods at the customer service counter. If checkout stands are busy theu almost always have a front end manager call for more cashiers and the manager will get on a register to help customers. If an employee for some reason did not seem friendly it could be some of the difficult customers I have seen them work with. They always try to please the customer but they won't let them be rude to other customers or take advantage of them through customers trying to use outdated coupons or coupons for to many items if there is a limit. I have seen customers shoplifting and. In general disrespecting employees at the store and making messes in the store or putting items back where they don't belong. If we all treated the store we shop with care maybe it would be a great experience for evety shopper.
The reviews that say the store is small and old and the company doesn't care are somewhat off base. Old true. Remoldeled and expanded to give it more space true. They do care by trying to order newer shopping carts and getting more shopping carts. Coutesy clerks help bag your groceries and will take them to your vehicle if you ask. Cashiers are friendly and many of them know my name. I have shopped here since 1995 and will keep shopping here because it beats target and walmart for convience, friendly employees and overall shopping experience. It is not perfect every visit but for well over 1000 visits I think This King Soopers is making the grade and a good partner in our community. Thanks King Soopers!!! Satisfied customer for over 30 years.

Staff attitude is improved. I used to dread going to this store because the customer service from the employees was terrible. I ran in to get a few items because I was closest to this store and found that it was cleaner, more organized and the staff asked me if I needed help finding something.
